No real number this time. Ten years ago I went from 250 down to 165. 173 (prime number) was my goal, but it took a couple three months to get back to there. I stayed at 173 for a few years. But I had issues sitting on hard chairs due to no ass when I was that thin. Anything between 180 and 190 would work for me.Whats the goal, 200?

I do good at meals. Snacking is the problem. This is my third week of not working, and I did a few all nighters reading Josephus's Wars of the Jews. Never a good idea where mindless snacking is the concern. I actually got up to 214 between weigh ins and had to start a modified 5/2 fasting diet to get my arms around it. Eight or ten years ago I did the 5/2 with great results. I think I only had 600-700 calories on my fast days. This time 1000 is my goal.@injinji
Try skipping breakfast. Do water only until lunch.
If you watch what you eat for just the two meals (lunch and dinner) you will drop weight faster. You will be hungry for the first week or so, but your body will get used to it.
I’m wearing a shirt right now I bought 22 years ago. There was about a 10 year period where it just wouldn’t fit.
I've never tried it.Have you tried intermittent fasting? If not you should at least look into it. Getting your body into ketosis isn’t easy but once you do, it’s like a furnace burning fat.
