Well spent the last 2 days fixing leaks, working with the 4 inch is a bitch, had the elbows leak so got new ones, fix one leak find another. I don't need 250 gallons getting lose on me. Don't have the hook-ups for my 1 hp chiller. Someone must have liberated them at the shippers. Air pump and water pump working great so far. Ran bleach in the system for 24 hr now running the clean wash for 15 hr than fix leaks and add water again to check for leaks, if no leaks than add nutrients run for 6 hr than in go the plants. Will post some pics later tonight. Going to smoke a fatty than into the hot tub till I hallucinate, 50 min @ 107 hahahahahah back in a bit.

Wouldn't that be awful if they charged $300 for the fittings to make up for the smokin' chiller deal!!!

well got all the leaks fixed and have the system running with nutrients in it. Will get the plants in tomorrow. Waiting for parts for the chiller, cost $18.oo and will change the clear pipe to black when the parts show up. Still a bit of work to do. The leak under the filter is fixed, lose clamp.

Here are pics of my other girls 
I screwed them up just like the first grow but caught it sooner. Low humidity for first 10 days, thought they might die but they are coming back strong, were in week 6 of flower. I bent the tops over yesterday.

How far apart did you space your 30 gallon tubs? 36" O/C? With such big individual buckets I would think you could go 50"-60" O/C!
All your hard work really shows Woodsman!

This system is for another room but since I had a pail crack and flood I have decided to build water proof enclosures for them. Anyway there too close together but will do 1 run like this than move after to a bigger room. Just hopping for 4 to 5 # this go.

Woodsman?...... could you post a pic of your return line T? Where you able to just go down to the local big box store to get it? are you using a 4" to 1" T?

Just have a hose in the barrel for now.
I don't have the final plumbing done yet as the chiller shipped with no fittings. They are working on it but I decided to order from 2 online stores so hope to have it here in 5 days than I can finish the plumbing. Right now I'm veging till I get the parts and using giant frozen pop bottles to keep it sort of cool, not working the best, kind of like pissing on a forest fire. 200gal is a lot to cool, running at 74 right now and that is about 11 degrees higher than I like. So we will see what happens.
