About a week from harvest, plant is sucking the life outta the leaves but the buds don't look near to the end, anything I can do to speed up the ripening? (excuse the poor pic quality lol)

I believe white pistils will recede and darken upon harvest I'm high as fuck so I could be wrong any way I'm here to check out for the night gonna watch the walking dead and go bed!

Yeah i always wait for the 'ginger' hairs before chopping them down, these are in new room and seem to be going longer than in other room (same strain, light & fan) better environment tho cos room is smaller and dialed in

Hey cl@rksville u was right, the 'dwarf' plant seem to be eventually finding her feet, feels like its about 12 months from seed to harvest with this plant!!, will this be some kind of slow-grow indoor record lol

Just put plants on 14hr dark & 10 light to see if it speeds up the ripening of bud, seen this method mentioned alot on diff sites- anyone ever done this and did it make any difference?

i have ran reduced cycles for over a year now but I wouldn't call myself an expert. There are many people on Riu running reduced light cycles.
I've tried 6hr,8hr,11hr and 12/12
In direct comparison between 12/12 and 8hr I found the flowering to be 7-12days faster.
Actually sexing seemed to be a lil quicker aswell.
All the nay Sayers will bash this post but I ran 6hrs for shits n giggles. And I now use 8hrs and 12:1 for veg won't ever use another shedule so take that for what it's worth.

They only got week left and this strain always finish on time except for this grow, no sign of the amber hairs at all..

The strain im growing normally finishes on the 8 wk but not this time, no sign of amber but there is the yellowing of the leaves, did some research online and theres alot of mixed advice, some even saying 72hrs+ of total darkness- decided to play it safe and do 14/10

hi, have got a m8 hes just been caught with 10 plants (old bill turned up for something else and got suspicious) theyve taken the plants but have left all the set up, i find it weird as ive allways known them to either take or break, its 2 600w lights all box fans etc quite a good set up well the filth called it professional!! whats the gen on that do you reckon

They sure don't sound like filth to me I always seen them take the stuff and smash the bulbs

thcbrain exactly what I thought but yeah he went to the pig sty and everything, like I say they wernt there for that but still they've left bits of swag and excess equipment, hes bailed till jan, reckon that it might be where some countys are easing up on the home grow, (touch wood)

I dunno about that witnessed a raid the other day there were one smashing bulbs into the bin one stacking up equipment in the van and a few bags of plants

Noooooo cuz that's generally a worse offense than growing herbs in the first place
