Slightly inverted drain to waste flower beds. I will put a pond liner and a nice drain to the floor and out the rear. 3 beds total. 2 in flower one in veg. Each bed is 4 x 12 foot. Each room is 12 x 11.

Nice! What sort of lighting do you have planned for in there? You planning on running sealed with CO2 and AC?

I already have all the ballast and hoods needed to run 1000w 3 MH and 3 HPS . In flower 6k in veg 1800 2 600w MH and 1 HPS. Yes the room will be sealed with co2 in both rooms. I have a moni split that should be here soon.
Mitsubishi 24,000 BTU 20 SEER Ductless Dual Zone Heat Pump System 9+15 is what I went with.

We are on a perpetual grow here so I take down 15 plants a month and clone or plant 15 seeds a month. Been on this same cycle for 9 years. Just stepping up our game.

Almost done running the electrical.

Btw I have no experience in any construction. Well I did do some in my late 20's. But only underground gas lines. Everything I am doing here I have learned from YouTube lol no joke.

I knew what I needed to have a sealed room. Just putting it all together is new to me. I luckily have sone good friends who can check my work but I kinda want to do it most all by myself.
