Ok i was not sure where to talk about this, Im still finding my way around the site. Then I saw plant problems and I thought you guys would get a kick out of this.
So I built this steel building on my property, and decided to put in a small personal garden for my medical purposes. After several months of constructing and 2 months of growing from scratch, Im pretty happy. I just moved the girls into the flower room.
Then it happens, I look over and see that my wife has walked into the room in the room which was left unlocked and is standing in my flower room. My wife had no prior knowledge of what I was doing, and man was she MADDD!. LOL she kept asking me, ( you better not be growing anythinng in that building of yours. I also have a small bar and music setup out there so I have good excuse for spending time out there. I never thought she would ever go out there the building is pretty far from the house. So in the long run it worked out, now she is ok, and knows what is going on, but man it was a long 3 weeks of silence. LOL.

not all people are cool with doing potentially illegal things while possibly burning structures on your property down, she has every right to be mad

i don't understand how 2 people can commit themselves to each other and still hold "secrets". :-|

Wow....sounds like she new from the start dude. I know if my wife said I better not be doing something that I was doing, its because she already knew it was going on. She probably wanted some honesty is all. And although its easier to ask for forgiveness than permission, when it comes to the wife, up front honesty is usually better when dealing with issues as big as growing illegal substances on your shared property. Be happy it worked out man, cause that could have blown up in your face WAY worse than it did.

so she lets me grow,so i can get a little and make a little

no of course not but all it does take is a small wiring error or a outlet failure and you can easily have a fire on your hands, ive unfortuantley seen it happen to a friend

i mean my gf knows i grow its my choice and my hobby im just saying people think of anything bad that can and might happen and get pissed about it, i usually get yelled at about smell, thats about it, i hope yuor wife lets u grow big buds dude

Ya she is ok with it now, since we compromised, I love to negotiate, so we both had to settle. The deal is NOT ON OUR PROPERTY, so I use a space we have that is not at our house. Now we are both happy and I sleep really good at night, since we dont have anymnore secrets, in the end im glad she knows. By the way, after 8 years of marriage the make up sex was unreal.. LOL

I am also scared for you guys who worry about starting fires?

Are you the type of guys that wire your own ballasts out of stacked up refrigerator magnets?

If so worried about fire do you ever leave the house?
