I made a mistake while filling out the address form and forgot my street name. The package made it to town but was undeliverable because there was no street name. Simona, Choices Rep, let me know the street name was not present, that being my fault. Next day I received an email stating they had shipped a new order to me. I was totally ready to eat it, I was so upset at myself for smoking and ordering beans lol. I have ALOT of souvenirs from Attitude and Choice, Simonas customer service is hands the best I have ever received. They went above and beyond for Buzz. They have never failed me, even if it takes four reships.
