My pH levels fluctuated slighly from 5.8- 6.3 in soil.
I honestly did not pay attention to the EC levels because I just followed the ppm/ ph levels of the nutrients I was using at the time.
If you are growing in soil then you have a little more breathng room as far as that goes. Plus I knew where my soil/ compost came from therefore I also knew that there was not a high level of salts in either the soil or the nutrients. Anywhere around 2.0- 2.5 EC in a soil grow is OK, just make sure you don't go over EC 4.0 because then you will have toxic salt levels.

The church is one of my favorite strains i allready planted outdoors and indoors this plant outdoors gave me 500gr of some dry, beutifull , fruty smell , dense , wonderfull colas ..
Very easy to grow , great resistance to mold and pests , bud red spidermites love her . the smoke has a lot of flavour earty and fruty like lavender .. The high it´s strong but is 50\50 head \body , very social efect , at least to me .. every one should try this .. The church ...The best...

Also growing the Church outside so I will be updating through fall.what about that update man ??? i need to see that!!!!
The Church is a good strain and GHS has decent prices for their seeds, I don't care that people talk shit about them. They are LEGIT in my mind! ~
i never had any problem with ghsc , i already had the lemonskunk,superlemonhaze,bigbang,thechurch, and the cheese and the germination rate was 100% the seeds are lowcost and they have lovely strains
you have done a simple , informative, clean, perfect report .. congrats ..
About the flavour and smell after dry´s , i didn´t felt the same , maybe you dry it to fast ? i had a 2 week and a half of drying process without any fan , and a cure of 1 month .. good luck for the outdoors .

I just joined the Church congregation. Ordered the beans last night. I am gonna do a soil CFL grow for veg and switch to a 400W HPS with a Hortilux bulb for flower. Hope the beans get here soon. Can't wait to do some Bible study at The Church...Praaaaaaaaaise the Looooooord!

It really is a good/ stable strain.
Grows amazingly uniform, takes well to topping, likes nutrients, one of the best strains I can think of for beginners or advanced growers.
And the high is unusual and good

The Church is one of Green House Seeds strains that I call a decent value. No one who knows true quality will ever confuse it with being in the same category as the very best, but for what it costs and what you get in return it is a decent value. For someone with a lesser sized budget, they could easily do worse than to pick The Church to grow, but they should not expect it too be mind blowing.

That is true.
I would never say it is mind blowing either but it is a hell of a strain.
This thread was from over a year ago and I have grown other strains that rock the shit out of the Church.
But, the Church is SUPER easy to grow, is a nice smoke, has an unusual high, and looks good!
That's why i gave it a 7/10

Just because the Church does not get you couch locked stoned does not make it a bad strain.
People around here put tooooooooooooooooo much emphasis on "How High It Get's You".
There are many different types of "Soned & High"
The Church delivers a very unique one, that is why I personally love it!

so what exactly are the genetics of this CHURCH strain, my friend has been growing it now and got over 8 clones 3 crops in a row, nothing impressive, a heavy hitter, fast and short, over all a decent strain but one with kali mist, ak47, slh or ssh can say they rather take it or live it when it comes to the church., of all strains in that vain Shark's Breath has been the new kid on the block.
