The Clocks Have Gone Foward Today, Am I Supposed to Adjust My Lighting Timers?

So the clocks have gone forward an hour today & im wondering if I should adjust the timers on my lights. If I do that would mean Ill be giving the flowering & vegging plants 1hr less light wouldnt that be a problem resulting in stress?

Same question for when the clock move back an hour on 25th August 09.

Nah just get up an hour early and adjust them then, that way they still have the same light on times.

It won’t make any difference whatsoever to your plants. The only thing that might matter is if your grow room sheds any light that could be seen and someone might see the lights on ad what would now be odd hours. If that is the case change the time on your timers. If it just bothers you that the time on the timers are not accurate change the time on your timers. If there is no problem and you do not feel like messing with it just leave things as they are.

It is not as if plants know about and understand and expect Daylight Saving Time and when they do not see the change they will somehow react in a negative way.

Do you think plants in the wild look around and wonder if humans have changed their clocks or not?

Plants only go by light and to them it can be all day and part of the night or all night and part of the day or all day or all night and regardless of what it is if they get enough they are as happy as a duck in orange sauce.

I was just worried about giving it an hour less light.
Ill set the time on the timers during the night cycle so the plants do not lose any time on the light cycle.

if your timer is set at 12/12 and you move your clocks forward.leave your timer alone and things will be fine

I know this is an old thread but...well, this might be the stupidest question I have ever had the misfortune of hearing/reading. Then there are the people answering the question, they might be even more frighteningly dim.
The question I have is this; are you trying to give ammunition to the people who would argue the negatives of prolonged use of the dank?
