It wont make any difference whatsoever to your plants. The only thing that might matter is if your grow room sheds any light that could be seen and someone might see the lights on ad what would now be odd hours. If that is the case change the time on your timers. If it just bothers you that the time on the timers are not accurate change the time on your timers. If there is no problem and you do not feel like messing with it just leave things as they are.
It is not as if plants know about and understand and expect Daylight Saving Time and when they do not see the change they will somehow react in a negative way.
Do you think plants in the wild look around and wonder if humans have changed their clocks or not?
Plants only go by light and to them it can be all day and part of the night or all night and part of the day or all day or all night and regardless of what it is if they get enough they are as happy as a duck in orange sauce.
