lol, seriously though, theres not much you can do. Really, there are so many people buying weed theres just no point. I had the best weed when I worked at wal mart, literally, I swear the guy I got it off grew it him self or knew someone who did. But people still didn't buy off my regularly.

But I went through an ounce about every week. Some people just don't care if its better, they'll just stick with their buddies. But they all do eventually phone you once in a while. Sometimes you gotta phone them and just tell them straight up you're trying to unload some really good weed. Phone everyone, talk a little bit, then just tell em.

Weed is a friendly drug. Save the fighting for the retarded street dealers, shooting each other cause they're on someone's "turf"

If the area already has a supplier taking care of the bread and butter needs of the local stoners, I would go more expensive. Perhaps offer some exotic strains that aren't usually available. Produce only the highest quality, cure it carefully, package it attractively and ask a premium for it.

If on top of that you can be more dependable and more accessible than your competitor, you might end up making more money than he does from fewer customers.
this is silly. you match his prices to the tee and offer better product its that simple. If he is ghetto you better be prepared.

this right here. i can't tell you how many times i've grabbed a sack off someone just because they called. if people haven't gone through you in a while you have to remind them you're still around.

I'm not sure why it's silly. Your suggestion is that he go after the established dealer's market and compete. Well that's one strategy. It might work but to provide better quality for the same price is going to reduce your profit margin. It will also set you in direct conflict with the dealer.

Another approach is to go after the luxury market. Customers in that market have enough money that they dont care much how much weed costs and will pay a big premium for something special. In the luxury market the profit margin is often absurdly high. The other thing is that you wouldnt be in head on competition with the established dealers.

I saw exactly this kind of operation in Hollywood. This was not the upscale part of Hollywood. The community was a mix of working stiffs. The guy would drive up to your house. His weed was beautifully packaged with cute professional looking labels for each strain. His stuff was a cut above average bud but nothing amazing. He drove nice car, wore nice clothes, was good company and he got $600 an oz!

Like I said, upgrade the clientèle. Cultivate the professionals, because a) they'll appreciate the product, and will pay top dollar, and b)the chances of them getting caught and ratting you out are extremely slim since white collar professionals rarely encounter police harassment. Working class stiffs are more likely to be hassled by the cops, and they will usually give you up in a heartbeat when facing time.

I ran into the other side of this last year.

I got a visit from the representative of an group specializing in illegal activity. Seems with just one phone call each harvest a man would show up and collect the entire crop on the spot.
And, a special bonus, I would never have to worry about some lowlife bothering my grow or stealing stuff.

I was polite. But I had to decline the offer.

I now underprice them by 30%, not that it was hard to unload before, I'm just that kind of guy.
