But K sulfate reacts to Ca by precipitation, same as K Silicate. The thing is, not many nutrient makers use K sulfate. K sulfate is FAR better for your plants then K nitrate or K silicate... even the most used Potash of K - K2O....Tap water varies a lot. Mine has a ppm of 24 and ph of 7.25 so it would be fine to use in a concentrate mix.
I worry more about phosphorous than potassium when it comes to negative reactions.
I should have said different forms of K but, was speaking in general.
Like with Silica's. I always add the K Sulfate first and stir well. I never mixed my nutrients in concentrations of less then charted and then add more water.
