Nice way to duck the question.

Democrats have always been attacked for our strong views on immigration, including legal paths to citizenship.
It's not ducking the question, it's how I feel. Buck keeps trying to distort it but I keep repeating myself..

I believe in good border security with easier paths to legal citizenship. Buck then ignores everything except the strong border part.

Many dems have called for a border fence as a START. I have no problem with a wall, it will do the job of helping to make a stronger border. And I think easier paths to citizenship is extremely important.

See, if you read what I'm saying in full even you have to admit these are long held ideals of Democrats. If you only read what buck claims I'm saying then you get a extremely twisted view.

I thought I told you to quit whining about buck if you want a conversation.

Have you always supported a wall, or only since Trump said Mexico would pay for it?

Lord knows you don't

You compared immigrants to a commodity, don't try blaming it on traffickers.
That's because immigrants are a commodity to traffickers. That's central to my arguement. You must not have been following along very closely... if you had been you would have noticed that. I keep saying I want a stronger border with a easier path to legal citizenship so less people die and are brutalized on the way over. Jesus man you seem to be missing most of what I type...

If the wealthy of the world did not take advantage of illegal aliens by hiring and hiding them they would never have come in numbers. Easy jobs with few to no questions asked. The mojado gets hurt? The guy damned sure doesn't want to fill out any kind of paperwork so no workmans comp required. No insurance claim.

There's absolutely no doubt we need strong border security. I was a nurse contracted to the federal government in El Paso. There's a huge immigration detention facility there. Huge. Go in there and hear Turks, Iranians , Chinese and a lot more than just Mexicans sneaking over to mow yards. We had to get translators from the FBI spook room downtown to translate.

A wall is not even the answer. Sheer folly.

Do you think a wall would hurt the situation?
From my view if it stopped a portion of people being smuggled across, and killed or raped in the process it would he worth it.
And its good paying jobs and training for a huge number of people.
I'm also for massive reconstruction of roads.
Theres enough money for both of these projects and I think you can agree with that.

Realistically I dont care how many people come here legally. When someone is here legally it is easy for them to join the fabric of society. I had a lot of friends growing up who's parents really struggled due to the fact they couldn't just go get a legitimate job, they would have to work under the table and that was a huge struggle to live like that for everyone.
