Thats the point tho isnt it the more we try different techniques and publish the results the more knowledge we all gain right ?
As far as Clarke well as far as im concerned its a really good reference source for its time and has helped many of us
I remember reading it 18 years ago and it helped a lot its really comprehensive at a time when information on the topic was scarse
whether I agree to every word he says is another matter
Ive tried defolification and I found it to be inconclusive ? there were to many variables
I guess the end of the day a comparison of the grams per watt in a side by side trial is the only way to tell
The argument is the stress of defolification compared to the added benefit of deeper penetration into the plant
the common thought frrom most established authors is that it will have a negative effect
Personally Ill sit on the fence for now

btw what was the gpw on the blue widow ? I only managed a .8 this time round

Ok Brothers I Will Answer Yall In 1 Post.I Do Not Put Stock in These Type Of Books.There Are Thousands Of Self Proclaimed Experts Basicly Copy What The Last Had Said With Their Own Twist And Most Of These Books Are Very Very Outdated.

Whats Up Me Led Hommies.I First Reported That My Penny Was Close To A Perfect Grow And I Still Stand By My Statement.Now the Reason I Only Pulled 147.1 Grams Was Due To The Lack Of Veg Time.Everything I Read Said That The BlueWidow Stretched 2x Her Veg Height And I Found This To Be False :?:

Smoke Report Im Rating This Plant At 7 Out 10 Pot Leaves.Dont Get Me Wrong 7 Is Good But I Have Smoked Better And Im Going To Grow This Strain Again.Her Smoke Is Smooth And Has A Dull Berry Taste.Her Smell Is That Of Fermenting Fruit Not A Sweet Or Sour Smell Just A Fermenting Type Of Smell :weed:

man I spend so much effort trying to hermie females for fem runs and there you go.... Its either one of two things genetic or environmental stress some badly bred strains will revert under slight stress
but unless its chemically induced its probably not worth going with a seed run just in case
was that a seed pod I saw in the pic ? if so the hermie happened a couple of weeks ago

No but the dude who.hooks me up tuff at the hydro shop swears by it. But he has given me some really bad advice before. But I have used their liquid light. That does work. Its just not worth the high price. So maybe it could work.

Dawg sorry to hear about the hermie man. I had a flash Babylon auto go hermie on me too. I think it was from the stess of my ph falling way to low while I was on a cruise. I was so afraid of pollen getting everywhere that I only kept a couple grams but, let me tell u man... That shit wasn't flushed and stunk my ENTIRE house up when I tried to cut it. I wish I would have KEPT the whole plant. Taste and smoke fucking awesome!!! I still have 2oz left of sour diesel but I rreally like the flash Babylon by samsara! :weed:

Thank You My Led Brothers For Yall's Input.To Be Honest Ive Never Seen A Hermi Plant Before And I Was Pmed On Another Site That My Auto's Had Hermmied On Me Because I Was SupperCropping And Defoliated Them And I Am Pushing The Enevlope With Them.So I Did Some Google Research And Basicly Had A Stoner Freak Out Moment.Besides Female Hairs Dont Turn Orange

I had a scare the other day as well One of my Dinafem original was a male and I only just spotted it in the mob of other plants before he opened up as I wasn't looking for it seeing as how it was a fem
It would have broken my heart if It had fertilized all the cheese no1 as then I wouldn't have known which would have been my Cheese auto cross and what would have been the cheese amnesia

I just harvested a Kush that I thought wa a Hermie about 2-3 weeks into bloom. Like an idiot I killed all the cuttings I had and took it out of the bloom room and put it in its own room. Needless to say it didn't produce the first bean. I should have kept one of those cuts. Lesson learned.

I am getting anxious for the new lights brother Dawg. Should take me to a whole notha leval.
