all you can do is be 100% state legal (which is way lower then fed standards anyways), make donations to the appropriate community events/movements, and have a lawyer on retainer...

the one thing about maine is that they don't have any disp, which i believe are all the feds are going after in cali atm..

Incorrect racerboy. The law provides for 8 regional dispensaries. 5 of these have been awarded. One or two may be open at this point, and the operator of 4 of them has said more should open soon.

ah, this all most be pretty new, i did know that not very long ago they didn't have any up there..

The fed shouldn't be bothering any medical marijuana States or any state in which it has been legalized as long as nobody's violates it by selling to kids or on federal property
