the final flush?

I know u are supposed to flush your plants at the end of harvest, I think the last week, to make it taste better, so basically i am getting there and i don't really know anything about this, and i would really appreciate a whole run through on how to do this...

At least 3x as much water as your comtainers can hold...

In a 5 gallon pot that means at least 15 gallons of clean water need to go through the soil.

There really is no right one way to flush your plants. You are suppose to use just clean PHed water pretty much when flushing yoru plants. 1 to 2 weeks is pretty common. I think 2 week flushes are imporatant when using a high nute solution (1300-2000 ppm). if a weaker nute solution is used then I think you can get away with just a week or less. Now there are some products on the market that will help you flush your plants, such as Final Flush and Flora Kleen, that can reduce the amount of flushing required to acheive the taste one wants.

Once, then feed with only water until harvest. No nutes after the flush.

should you still give it molasses?

Yes, you can use molasses all the way through until harvest day.
