When cops come to your house looking for 300 plants and guns, they will cut down your plants, take your money and lock you up before, then what is done is done
Yea I'd imagine 300 plants and guns would be a high priority mission. Wonder how they felt when there was only a small plant count.
To me the cops wasted their time, it's almost like watching the raid vans hit the wrong house.

Some dry sift, I used the 110u for this one. The strain is girl scout cookie dough. Hoping to get some purple trainwreck sometime soon!

I dry sifted for 5-8 minutes pretty lightly. I will do another sift for a B grade but I have a feeling it's going to be a nice B grade lol

So I was looking at a lot of videos of hash, more so the Moroccan style, and they say to test the fruits of their labor they do a lighter test. So they run the lighter threw the "gold" and if it bubbles it's good to go. Well I tried to do the lighter test on my material and it didn't bubble at all.. I was wondering does the type of material you use have to do with this? I always go back to the Moroccan video because their quality of material really doesn't look very good but they still get it to bubble with the lighter somehow. Even when I press my kief to hash, it doesn't bubble at all either. Also it's pretty brittle, I've had hash where it was almost like play-doh. Thoughts/help?

Strain related I am sure. You need to grow the same plants as they did in the same conditions and then you will get the same results. Otherwise just work on perfecting your method. My first try with dry ice came out green and sticky. It still smokes like some of the best blonde hash I have smoked. My bubble hash from Malawi loked perfect and tasted harsh and smelled like burning plastic :P

Find the right plant and the right method and then become the expert. :)

I pressed my scissor hash in my fingers for about fifteen minutes and it did change consistency and scent. I am excited to try it - especially since it was all from the Ace of Spades #6 beauty:

I thought it was strain reasoning too, but if you look at their starting material it looks like schwag on a stick lol. Ill try to do another batch with a smaller amount. Maybe use some dry nugs instead. Rather use a small amount and get it right then use a bit more and not get my results lol.

I noticed that also. Made me wonder whether the blonde color wasn't more from dry leaf material. The dry ice hash I made was full of green leaf material and it had that classic old hash taste, smell, and burn characteristics.

Yeah I really don't get it.. I'm going to try to use an eigth of dry nugs I got bulk off from Kase. I will try to use the 150u for a quick shake of a minute, and then go down to 110u, 75u, then 50u. I wonder if cold water is worth it in this case? I have a rather small container use to make the water cold enough I think.

Going to make a dry sift box/container. Very simple, just using tupperware containers that stick into each other. Starting from the very top, the first one will be 150u (or 140u just so i can get rid of the little thing lol), then 120u, 105u, 74u, and finally 50u at the very bottom. I'll probably make it tomorrow at work and hopefully will have pics up. Could also use it as a bubble bag/container in a lower load sense.

Hey Frenchy, How do you get the hash texture like in the pic of the dish of Cheese Quake 70u, looks like a thick oily texture. with different colour tones it so beautiful and just curious how you get it like that

Love your Cookies dry kief War Machine. When you look at videos of Morocco you have to remember that they are working with Hash making genetics that have been going through thousands of years of natural selection.

Ahhh that does make a lot of sense. kinda disappointing that the only way I can achieve a good full melt is solvent based :-\ I do like the hash taste quiet a bit. Just wish I could make the softer kind instead of the hard ones. I used to get this hash that was black but soft as hell. Makes me wonder how he made it.. Sometimes I think people make a ISO extract and say it's hash..
