Its time for our weekly journey into the Garden of Weeden and what an amazing September day! Its record high temps here and I had to work fast to keep from passing out with an ambient of about 94 inside this canopy is intensely hot!

I thought that last week they had maxed out on size but I was wrong. Its really hard to get a angle that shows you how massive these plants are. Planted directly in the ground some are literally 14 feet tall.

Using a pole I took this from the highest point in the rear of the cover
Solo shots and for the first time Macro shots coming up on the

I wish I had got a shot of Urkle for you guys its just enough to laugh at if you have grown her indoors she looks like a giant fir tree starting.

I will never forget my visits to this amazing place and as always I'd like to thank Kareem. The guy is simply the Outdoor master in my book.

The smell of these things is intoxicating.

Made in the USA something to be ashamed of but I hope I have restored some home pride

Dave dosn't rally use ferts other than the prepared soil bed.
Like me he mixes lots of worm castings and poop into the soil.

He does use Humic and Fulvic acids as a foliar feed though through out the grow

The garden is growing like mad and now we have true buds forming all over.
The Kushs are very far along and strains like Romulan have a long way to go still.
The lone Mem mix that I believe is JC2 is 14 feet tall now but we saw something really wierd on one side.
In the center of a leaf at the stem we saw 3 leaves with pistillate flowers and a lone male stamen in the leafs center?
I have never seen this before and I advised KA to kill the thing.
WE will document her next time if shes still around.
Ive seen the little buds form before there but never a single pod and never ever this early.
I can't say it dosnt bother me but when I ran 6 JC2 fems inside they all looked amazing and only one tossed anything strange and it was late.
All I can do is record and document this and keep everyone informed..

The rest of the garden looks incredible and smell even better..

Thats the song that popped into my head when I was walking around the garden. The smells have intensified and as usual the progress in just a week is stunning. Buds are swelling up and some of the Kush's are getting very close. I think next tuesday you will see some serious action shots as we start taking down the Indica's that are swollen and starting to really look close to finishing.

Lets look at what the Lord made

With lots and lots of work by KA and team

Does this man look Tired and Happy??
I will spend some time with this Purple Girl soon.
KA don't wack this girl till we do an evening shot with flash please!!

I arrived early and after helping get the heater running we started thinning some of the plants to allow more airflow into the garden, supply meds to those without and take down the most mature plant in the garden.

This is what we awoke to.

Time to work

This is Lemon Candy Hash.

Amazing stuff Hunter and Ka.

One of the best wake and bakes I have had in awhile was today. Smooth lemon flavor not to bad on the exhale either.

Just magic you two!!!

So I'm a bit behind~
Its been a whirl wind of a week here as everyone is harvesting and every magazine and Publisher I work for had a dead line. I didn't slack on my mission though and I have a great update for my friends at Breedbay.
I have a pretty exciting announcement as well.
I am now working with Hera the editor that did the lay out for Dank and a new magazine called West Coast Cannabis.
There distributed freely on the west coast and have a really classy look and already some nice articles. You can find Ask Ed there as well and I am sure more known writers and breeders as time goes on.

I thought it would rock to feature this garden in a US medical magazine as it unfolds so it will be a monthly feature in West Coast Cannabis.
This young magazine works closely with me and I feel I can get the best story working with Hera and the Owner who is a super cool Guy Ngaio.
I totally dig his energy loves life like me.

I will try and get a line to some for o2 and his site for you guys.

So lets continue with our look at this amazing medical garden.

To me JTR and Dannyboy were the stand outs this week and I was treated to some amazing fresh JTR melty but thats a story for later
smile.gif

So

JTR diamonds

Check out this amazing Dragon fly
I shot this with my wide angle and as I was switching to a macro lens some stoner crashed into the bush and he flew away.
What an amazing freaking bug though huh?

The stand out to me in the garden is the Flav, well named and just reaking of candy and fruit and Dank!

I had no idea a JTR could get this large.

This JC2 Memorial Day mix is well over 14 feet and just coated in resin.

Looks like an enormous amount of work right.
They Need a Cannabis Combine.

Nice plants! Are you about to build a huge green house or something? I noticed the poles arching overhead. That will be awesome.
