I am happy to report that she is a healthy monster 16 days later (monster compared to what she was like at transplant...) and the clone has rooted but is not looking very good :/

I moved a few plants that I didnt like and/or with nanners in the tent under bs240 to finish.

space bomb is the winner for this batch... but that nycd kicks all ass whose nycd is it??

soma's! I just started a bunch more SB X NYCD, hoping for a frosty grapefruity pheno! I dont think I will find any big yielder in the sb x nycd seeds... sb x grapegod, x medicine, x haoma are my best bet for the yield.

My favourite plant in the garden right now is my SpaceBomb x Chemo, so glad to have a somewhat healthy copy of her, she could be my first keeper!

i've still never had nycd at least as far as i know... that one you got looks like the bomb for sure though. You made a lot of space bomb crosses I really need to get some beans everyone seems to love it.

i am guessing nanners are from the heat mostly, i dont know if it's from the male sb i used in my crosses but not all of them get the nanners and I believe I can still find a wicked keeper ! but i have been running my rooms very warm ... no heat with leds is simply not true!! not as hot as hids of course but def hot when all the lights are on full blast.

You know what would be really cool Santa? If you could do one of those picture a day things, put it together and post it so everyone can see the rate of growth because your ladies must grow like corn. Can you hear those mofos growing ?

hehe thanks Franjan, it goes fast thats for sure!! i am pretty busy right now but i am going to experiment some more this summer and i think i can improve my growing style continuing 12/12 from seed and LEDs.

They were dead? So did you leave them with no water planning to harvest them, or did they die of old age without your planning?

miscommunication... worked out pretty good, they died of thirst .

So are you in the let'em die and dry camp in general or it just worked out for you this time

I will start using room 2 with clones only, room1 will still be 12/12 fs.

my first keeper and i'll keep her around until I find a better plant that has no nanners but so far she is the one. I have a few of my own crosses that i plan to use for mother as well. SB X CHEMO is very special though because she is the only one of her kind... looking forward to trying her out.

DR.Grinspoon x SB here, 2 distinct phenos, one that has the exact same smell as grinspoon and one with sb smell and total sativa look, both of them will be ready in less than 60 days i am guessing

Hey I got some doing that funky top foxtail too those top foxtails are swelling up like crazy now too

+Rep to DrGxSB. You should have some naming competitions for all your experiments btw. Do a poll in Toke and Talk. Could be fun, (and a nightmare). LOL

And there's something I've been meaning to ask you about nanners. Basically MrNice is saying you don't throw the baby out with the bathwater and that you're gonna get some nanners. Now you could also excrapolate that nanners are a survival mechanism triggered by environmental conditions/stresses. That a good strain will produce nanners as an attempt to survive. So I've been growing Black Widow now for a while and have 3 good phenos I may keep. One is prone to nanners. Heat and age seem to bring them on but I can't really tell, I'm just looking for patterns since I have little control over my environment in the spring/summer. Is there anyway to find conditions were you don't have to worry about any appearing or are they going to appear no matter what? Like if I keep the plants within a certain temp range or RH. I like this strain but I don't want to have top pull out my plants every other day and go over them top to bottom looking for the little bastards. Or is it if I want guarantees, move on to something else. Thanks Santa!
