i use 1 gal between 5 plants every 2 days or day depending on what i am doing feedings or normal waterings...peace az

Hey AZ and Lumberjack - I went Hempy about 5 days ago thanks to your thread and I have been singing your praises everywhere. I love it! My plants love it! It's all good!!!

I have just one stupid question though...
When I water my plants, I place them into a rubbermaid tub that I am no longer using since I switched from doing DWC. Anyway, can I reuse the run-off that accumilates in the bottom of the tub? Or will it cause PH problems or something? (okay, that was 2 questions - but maybe only 1 is stupid...lol)

i pour the runoff I have from all my ladies into my other household plants...ha ha and you can tell which ones to because they are huge..

Kool, I can wait... I only have a couple of buds left in my stash box, so this will be a good time for me to walk all the way down to the basement (yeah, I'm lazy) and pull out another jar of weed... :mrgreen:

i'll have to go ahead an say that knowing what i know about how water usage to nute usage...the run off may be to much nute ppm an cause burns...you could in theroy add some water back to this solution to even it out..but why waste the time an effort...you should only collect rainwater to reuse..lol...peace az

I have this clone on a 1 gallon hempy on 12/12, it looks healthy and growing and if it is a girl then I'll switch its mother into a hempy bucket too......
hempy all the way....

ok i'll tell ya right now that your gonna need to duct tape up the sides of that container...ina few weeks you'll see alge start forming in there from light hitting it....take care of it now befor it becomes a problem...peace az

it seems likeeveryone that tries this method just loves it I know I do.... I am pushing it too, I wonder how we get our own subforum in the hydro section.........

oh come on... don't start that up....

i hate it evertime people start whining to admin here to add a new forum for this or that...

theres too many as is... the best i can do is just check the new posts section when i'm on and see whats happening...

well first off I never whine about anything I was curious, nothing wrong with that..... and sub forums make things easier for some of us... you dont want to participate or create it no worries, I dont think anyone was asking you too. :blsmoke:

hemy help...not sure if I shoud be concearned but I am noticing some green on top of my perlite in my buckets..... what could it be and how do I get rid of it.....? just noticed it today I am using hydro nutes

keeping the perlite to wet while its under direct light...just scoop out that geen shit an add a fresh top layer....you can use those plant pot cover or cut some panda plastic to the same size an put it over the top of the pot not only does it block light hitting the roots its bounces back wasted light to the underside of the plant....as for the sub-forum while i'll agree it would be easyer for people to find it does clutter things up a lil....lets just try an keep all hempy related info in the same general aera's its why i created this particlur thread....just my opinion...peace az
