The HK Journey

nice buddage major.
It is hard to believe they don't smell.
Thanks and yeah i can't believe they don't smell, i'm not sure what to think. It's so disappointing. This morning i did get a slight wiff of the kush scent, but i also picked up a sack of stinky kush from my bro yesterday so it could have been that. I'm just waiting for the day i walk into my grow space and get hit in the face with that sweet kushy smell.

Still no smell. Today is 60th day since they sprouted, 22nd day of flowering. Here are some pictures i just took, starting with the left side of the garden and moving right. What do you think?

i just started following this journal because I thought it was an old journal done with cfl and hps lighting......then i see that this grow isnt finished. congrats major this grow is amazing. I think your gonna be very happy with the results. (i would be......)

looks soo good man, dont worry the smell will come eventually, tis strange tho..youre guna get soooooooooo stoned hahahaha

hey major, looking at your grow makes me all warm and fuzzy. i have a hindu kush plant as well. hah no smell? i thought i was going crazy cause mine has no smell either.. guess its just a weird genetic trait or rare mutation?

On my last grow, I did not get hit by the pungent odor until the 5-6the week. Then it got stronger and stronger! I notice that the humidity had alot to do with how strong and musky the smell was. Lookin nice!!!! BTW, I have some ladies 26 day's into flower, so we will have to shoot some pics to each other..GL, and the race is on!

I believe today is 30th day of flowering, the lights just came on and i snapped a few pics. I'm about half way through flowering now, woohoo!

Beautiful=) nice work Toke
Thanks. These things are getting so top heavy, they are all leaning like a MOFO, and have been for a few days now. The plants are packed in there and kind of holding eachother up but still leaning alot. I moved a plant today (first time in a while) and the poor thing bend right over, i better prop them up before they all topple over.

Don't you tie your plants up with string? After about the second week of flower, I tie all my main branches so that there's barely any movement when the fans hit them. What this does is allow the plant to stop needing to grow a thicker stalk, and concentrate on developing bud. Often, I'll tie my plants in several places on one plant. When I snip the string, come harvest all the main colas fall over as the stem is too skinny to support the weight of the bud. All that growing that would have gone into the stem, now gets concentrated on the budding.

Looking great Toke! I've only just noticed this journal now, so i'm going to roll a fat one and start from the beginning. Your first grow journal was a great read and inspired me loads when I was planning my snow white grow! :blsmoke:

couldnt you just turn the fan off for the same effect? noobish question i know but i just thought.. is a fan mainly used to help circulate c02 or to blow and strenghten the stems?
i supose the tying up method allows both!
