theyre all 99mmwhats the diameter on the 1825 one
Sounds like a job for water cooling!i still need to put those 2.95 max A 120H-48As up on my site. better match for the 1818s and low current 1825 single-cob applications
the 4.25 max A can run an 1825 but you gotta cool the heck out of it at that current
I have read a bit about your water cooling system here and there. sounds like quite the machine, and if I had it running as many things as you do, adding some water blocks to cob's wouldnt be the biggest project ever.Sounds like a job for water cooling!
Happy to! Come to my thread 'vertical goodness', (link in my sig line) so we don't clutter this one.I have read a bit about your water cooling system here and there. sounds like quite the machine, and if I had it running as many things as you do, adding some water blocks to cob's wouldnt be the biggest project ever.
Do you mind sharing a little info with us a little more about how you came up with this system, and/or a link to directly where I can read more about it? and/or where to buy a similar system, and what all you can use it for? I have sifted thru a bunch of posts looking for more info on it, but I only have so much time to spend on RIU. and I would love to know more!
RC+ and RC- are inputs wires. Leave these wires not connected and the HLG powers your COBs. Connect these wires to put the HLG600 into StandBy mode and COBs turn OFF. Use a Switch or Relay or Optocoupler for remote control.Hello
I bought 3 driver HLG-600H-36B
but I have a little problem
I have more to cable outlet on my single HLG-185H....
I will not deceive me and Dim DIM is for my 100k potentiometer
and two V- and V +, are two output for my cxb3590 36v
So if I want to cxb3590 12 to 1400A
I put 6 on one output and the other 6 on the other output
and mounting each parallel output
but what is the output (RC, RC, 5v SB) ?????
how to use this or what should I exit this connection ????
thank you very much

I bump this thread because I have similar question like goofy81 ask in 2016 about fuse and protection,if have sense.Hi
Just about to purchase some 600H's got a few questions
.
And godamn they are expensive here in australia! Price is 283USD TO 610USD + !!!! I'm not kidding.
Anyway i found some in China for $183USD posted.
1. Has anyone figured out if the A series is fully dimmable yet? Or are we on the assumption its a 50% step to 100% ? From a video i saw, of an A model on youtube, the dude spins the iO pot (with a screwdriver) and it seemd to be more than just a 1-2 step dim.
2. I notice it has 2 outputs, each using a pair of 14AWG wires. From my research, 14AWG is usually fused/breaker used at 15a. So this means we really should be using them together? or even have one connected at each of the parallel ends?
3. Everyone talks about the safety of the COBS and. If we put a 2a inline fuse on the + side of each cob, would this not protect everysingle COB in case of any failure? In which case 1 COB can never go over ~70w? Or is the adjustable voltage enough??
4. Can i wire my 15 COBS to this driver, turn it on, then slowly lower the Vo pot until just before the driver turns off to correctly adjust the Vo?
5. If the above is true, can that alone save the cobs from any over current that's enough to destroy them?
6. And from what i can see, the only advantage to the B series is more dimming options?
Thank you CobKits, you need an "A" driver. the "B" is hardcapped at 36V
Thank you CobKitsi never see a need for fuses on dc side but to each his own
the meanwells have overcurrent protection built in
Does abyone know if this external turn on/off control is available in any other lower powered meanwell driver? Especially CC drivers? It works well. Had to modify it and the logic is backwards (timer on = lights off) but I like it better than flicking the ac with a timer.
