They were grand when I looked this morning and then a couple of hours ago they were lying down , the stems seem strong enough to hold up the cotys and two small leaves, I've been hardening them for a few days and there's good airflow in the tent but I'm wondering now if it's damping off, it's only those two out of six.The stems are about two inches long so I just put them in soil and buried them.hiw do you mean keeled over? you had a look at the base and see if a snail or something got them? or they just weak stemmed?

That's the camera on the phone and there's so many settings I just haven't a clue what's what.firstly you need a new camera...hahahahaha... and if thats re-buried then your not putting them deep enough, you want soil to top so theres only the first set and maybe coyt`s showing... and airflow thats too strong will make them lay down like that aswell...

I was trying to bury all the way but it's hard to do when the stem is floppy, I put them into the propagator again and have the vents closed so will see if they lift any bit overnight.
They were on the ground all along away from the light and the fan was blowing well over their heads
I needed to get soil and with the car out of action I haven't been going to town as often, I've been borrowing the sis in lawas car but it costs me 10-15 quid everytime I use it for a round trip of less than 20 miles.that can be the problem fred, there too far away from the light and are stretching up for it.... once there stretched that far it won`t take alot for them to flop over, mine are about a foot tall, but when moveing them there so stretched that walking along with the pot was enough for them to flop over to one side, they were standing fine this morning with only a little way to go to be totally upright..
give them a few days with a slight brezze on them to build strenght in the stem and your laughing...
There's never petrol in her car and as you know a tenner isn't going to move the needle too far so I usually just leave money in the car for her.
I did have some bat mix soil left but didn't want to use it because I thought last time it was too hot for seedlings but I mixed a load of perlite through it so it's about 50-50 now.
I used it so I would less soil and even looking at what's left of the mix it's probably 60% perlite.the perlite is more for drainage than anything tho, might still be too hot for them, but you can mix that with some earth to help cool it, maybe two parts bat mix to one part earth??? just to get you out like, and once you handle them with care they`ll be fine upon re-potting, rather that than burning them up..
First time I went in to a garden centre for perlite and rooting hormone I had it wrote down on paper pretending I was getting it for someone else, didn't want anyone making small talk and asking me what I was growing, I think if someone was going in every few weeks they would have an idea but ganja growers money is the same as a tomato growers so they probably wouldn't care.that was handy, ever wonder if the lady behind the counter at these places know what your buying it for... i mean theres only so much compost a fella can need hahahahaha....
It might have something to do with humidty or the lack of, something similar happened to me when I transferred some seedlings from my propagator... A sudden drop in humidty will make them wilt...They were grand when I looked this morning and then a couple of hours ago they were lying down , the stems seem strong enough to hold up the cotys and two small leaves, I've been hardening them for a few days and there's good airflow in the tent but I'm wondering now if it's damping off, it's only those two out of six.The stems are about two inches long so I just put them in soil and buried them.View attachment 2722335
think it might be a bit spicy for them as the perlite will just add air.... Hope I'm wrong though....There's never petrol in her car and as you know a tenner isn't going to move the needle too far so I usually just leave money in the car for her.

all of next week looking like its going to be a scorcher... Happy Daze...!true they don`t care whos money it is... just that akward feeling like they know what your up to..
not a bad day here today, sun`s breaking through every now and then.. haven`t been out to my plants yet but i can bet there stretched some more today..
