The Irish Growers Thread!

i was thinking of just leaving my plants in green house instead of moving them into dark shed
there be about 3 to 4 weeks left before i can chop them up to dry
here my sunset times etc what do u think keep 12/12 or just keep them in green house 24/7

i did triimed some lower branches of 3 of my plants northern star power kush and white rino
good smoke hhave to say just mixed them all toghther
only tried it to day at 10 am now 215 still floating lol

The same as 4 100W bulbs I'd imagine .... Follow ALL the tips here http://www.seai.ie/Power_of_One/Energy_Saving/Electricity_Saving_Tips/ and you'll probably save enough to run 2 400W lol good to be green in every sense :mrgreen:. Someone did post an ESB calculator somewhere...

Hows everyone doin? Darren those plants are looking sexayyy :weed:!!! Couldn't make head or tail of all those numbers tho, maybe someone else can... Still haven't started off my shooting stars, too busy with back to school bollocks, will be xmas before I have my own feckin smoke!!! Got bored/lazy-arsed looking for a new home for the two trannies, they're definitely males, got balls ready to pop so they moved to the compost heap :(. Don't want pollen floating around the house!! Will probably start a journal when I do start, this seems to be a fairly new strain, not much info on them out there so will hopefully help me and anyone else considering growing them. How are the outdoor growers doing, really thinking about starting to look for a good spot to try it next year, only the lazy arse in me holding me back, the thought of trekking thru the countryside with gallons of water does NOT appeal regardless of the end result lol but still thinking about it.

the numbers were saying like 13 hours of day light or near14 etc
i not had a lye in for months lol ie thats why was asking would they be ok they r 12/12 and there is about 13 to 14 hours a day of light to keep them in green house 24/7
 
i bought 2 female and got regular seeds and i got 6 female did get 1 male it was massive had to bin it so i was lucky i new nothing about how to grow them i thought just put in green house and let them grow was all the guys in here helped me

i am the same myself i dont even bloody smoke!!! im doing it for my partner as he doesnt have the time to do it! mines is indoors! i got few seeds from home grown stuff which was really good smoke(my partners words) & then was given some more which i dont have a clue about & they are all at 1 & a half week old! & i also adopted 4 plants at 3/4 weeks which i dont have a clue which strain they are but thankfully they going good so far fingers crossed!

here a better reading of Rising and setting times for the Sun mine are 12/12 but was thinking of leaving them in green house 24/7 well for 3 a least as they be ready in 2 weeks
 
Yay another girly grower to keep me company!!! Any particular reason why you think they need nutes? I was using plagron terra, plagron enzymes and blackstrap molasses to feed the trannies during veg, only coz they were recommended by the growshop. Didn't have any problems except not giving them enough at first, but do start them off on 1/4 strength and work your way up. Didn't get to use the flowering nutes (plagron bloom) as they turned out male. There are cheaper alternatives out there, but the more experienced fellas can help with that. I do recommend you get a good grow guide (Ed Rosenthal, Jorge Cervantes etc) and read them again and again, also reading other people's journals will really help you learn.
