Yep I'm defo a sativa guy, the sativa high gets me in a creative mood (essential for me seeing as I do a lot of work from home) If I smoke a very sativa dom strain I get an instant sweat on my forehead, any of you guys get this?....or am I just weird. My gf knows when I'm smoking sativa dom cuz I'm running around multi-tasking like a boss..... cooking dinner....cleaning....writing nonsense here on RIU..... Smoke an indica dom and I'm the master of sitting on the couch flicking through all the tv channels but not really watching anything...drives her mad
The sativa flowering time sucks tho.... my Dinafem Super Silver went 120 bleedin days!!

I've had my bottle of ph down for years.... 2 drops of it changes 10L of 7.3 water to 6.9. That's all I need cuz once I add nutes it drops to bout 6.2
I'm not the most creative person in the world but a good sativa really unlocks that part of my brain, only problem is I could come up with the best invention since sliced bread but would have it forgotten again the following day
The long flowering times are the downside alright although there are some decent early finishers available.
I like the landrace sat's, I had some World of seeds Wild Thailand outside last year and although they survived the mould pretty much unscathed they weren't going to finish til at least mid December so by the end of October we were down to 8-9 hours of light and it's just not enough for them, also the weather had turned for the worse so I just pulled them.
I tried them twice, had terrible nausea and insomnia both times

I must look into the wild thai so.
The sativas are light gobblers and seem to like higher temps, be very hard to finish em outdoors, bet they grew big all the same!
A small bottle lasts forever.
I have their ph up as well but i started using the liquid silicon instead
One was about 8 feet tall give or take, the other not as big, yeah once it got colder and the light cycle went under 12hrs they basically stopped growing so even if they got to finish the buds would have been airy and light, they were 2 reg freebies from attitude and both ended up as fems, they were good to feed as well, higher ppms didn't bother them at all.
