800euro a plant is what they value them at, no matter what size, but if there seedlings its a bit lighter.. unless you have like 150 of them on the go...


leccy for a 400 and the cfl`s you can get on the esb site, just look for the appliance calculator.. and good to have you along dude..

Yeah I used silicone my last 2 coco grows, it seems to help more in veg than flower. You get thicker stems, nutrients are uptaken more and it seems to drink less using silicon because the plant sweats less.

Thanks for the prompt reply! Just made a calculation and the setup would use cca. 20€ per month veging and 25€ per month flowering... Thats not that bad at all... Wondering what the landlord thinks about the extra usage & if it seems suspicious to him... Not that Im panicking... Just wondering...:) In regards to 800 per plant, what did U mean by that?Thanks!:)

Correction... 30/35€ per month... But still not a giant spike in the usage I guess...

thats the value the gardai have on plants found in private grow rooms, so if they bust in the door and you have 2 flowering plants that are fairly tall etc thats a value of 1800 euro worth against you and so on and so forth..

last lot renting could have been skin flints and never used the leccy, or your landlord could be wise to growing etc and what goes with it, does he own alot of property? deal with alot of tennants? at it along time?...........

Right... Thanks for that! They are 2 weeks from being done... About a meter high with 8 dicks each...:) What about the penalties for these 2 plants? Class C fine only or also prison time sentences?

It's a she... A quite nice lady... The only flat she rents out... No idea who the people were before me... Newer had a chat about it... I replied to her that I am aware that I use a lot of electricity as Im heating and using my telly and computer non stop... Also said that as soon she gets the recalculation bill she needs to say so I can pay it... Hopefully that will do...;)

Thanks for the info. Say I'll be going all coco for the next grow so gonna pick up a few more bits and pieces.

The girls are lookin healthy ae. I'd say the HPS is paying off in your search for a higher yield

yeah pad, well happy, i`ve already passed the cfl size plant colas and still have 3 weeks left or more...

had toyed with the idea of another one or a 400w in there aswell but with the shear amount of condensation lately thats a no-go for sure..

theres worse things than a wet roof i sapose, at least its in a shed and not indoors lol ill get a pic with the lights on in 20 mins
