Nononononooooooo.Between 2010 and 2012, a reported 75 groups were subject to this additional scrutiny; however, none of them were denied their tax-exempt status.

First off Cheese Breath the IRS already admitted to doing this, so there is no "if" they did this. Also, does this administration know anything? Benghazi, Fast and Furious, now this. Man we are along way from the little plaque that sat on Truman's desk in the white house. Remember what that saying was Cheese Breath?
Proving that the best kind of government is a belligerent, ill-informed one, Sen. Marco Rubio has sent a letter to Treasury Secretary Jack Lew and President Barack Obama demanding the resignation of a nonexistent government official: the commissioner of the IRS. (Rubio's cheesed about the IRS unfairly targeting the Tea Party.) See, the last IRS commissioner, Douglas Shulman, was appointed by George W. Bush in 2008 and resigned last November. Rubio writes, "It is clear the IRS cannot operate with even a shred of the American people's confidence under the current leadership." So, if there's no leadership, they've got nowhere to go but up, right?Nononononooooooo.
They had a tax status established already. And they were then subjected to harassment via requests for information about donors and about Congress members contacted.
This harassment was un-relenting and interfered, both intentionally and substantially, with the money collection run up to a Presidential election. Very Bad.
Was it a spot check? Random? A fair approach of any kind? NO. Illegal activity. And if Sky Killer can maintain plausible deniable, more power him. But, very BAD to interfere.
I am surprised at the partisan zombie reflex to this.. I believe it is simple, however. The End Justifies the Means.
WE will burn that out whenever we can.
Sorry, I do not go that way, but hey being the Libertarian I am, I do not pass judgment. Just seems a little strange too me but again, whatever floats your boat dude!!you're bitter because i spilled catsup on my anus and got someone besides you to lick it off?
oh, my.
being the libertarian that you are, you also cite white supremacists and defend the citation.Sorry, I do not go that way, but hey being the Libertarian I am, I do not pass judgment. Just seems a little strange too me but again, whatever floats your boat dude!!

And like the Dems did for Reagan, I agree. They want to make it seem hard to stay President, I guess.Ah yes
The Republicans can only try to bury the next 3 years in Faux scandals
Just like they did Clinton
My comment is it only seems all fucked up and the staggered overlapping of Presidents and Presidential appointments of the Independent Agencies is by design, part of the checks and balances and has nothing to do with it.So how come no one is commenting that the head of the IRS when this was happening was a
BUSH APPOINTEE FROM 2008?
I hope the man follows through with his words. I am a bit skeptical, but I hope I am wrong.Washington (CNN) -- President Obama vowed Monday to hold the Internal Revenue Service accountable if reports of political targeting are proved true."If in fact IRS personnel engaged in the kind of practices that have been reported on and were intentionally targeting conservative groups, then that's outrageous. And there's no place for it," Obama told reporters.
Why wouldnt he? Again it is probably Bush's faultI hope the man follows through with his words. I am a bit skeptical, but I hope I am wrong.
All were delayed, some are still "delayed", but that's not denial, its just refusing to give it. Big difference....lol...wow, what a scandal! they had to fill out an extra form or two! surely this will be the end of obama!
