The last way you would expect to get busted for growing

Found this news article for another city in Australia after hearing about it on the radio and thought it was interesting.

Probably the last way you expect to get busted.

Article:

More than 40,000 Adelaide properties are without power and a hydroponic drug crop has been exposed after overnight strong winds brought down trees, branches and power lines.

They say a cannabis hydroponic set-up was exposed after a tree crashed into the roof of an unoccupied Glen Osmond home late on Monday night.

Neighbours rang authorities after becoming concerned that a glow coming from the roof cavity was a fire.

But the glow was found to be strong lights linked to a cannabis-growing room.

Police are seeking the home's owners or its occupants.

THEY WERE CONCERNED THAT A GLOW WAS A FIRE....
BULLSHIT
When the 'glow' stayed constant it would've been obviously not a fire.

They saw the glowing light radiate into the dark sky
and either they suspected it was a grow set up
or they were simply curious as to what it was.

Fire, smelling smoke, "I thought I heard screams...."
All the tried and tested excuses for kicking open someone's door
and going to have nice, leisurely search.

Fucking Pigs.
From Ireland to New Zealand they're all the same.
