I dont cure because that's what I read to do. But once the stems get to the still bend but has some resistance but don't snap I put in jars with hydrometer and depending on rh% burp them till it stays consistent 58-62% then it's done IMHO
Anybody who thinks or doesn't believe in a proper curing is a dumb motherfucker. 100% it improves flavour, smell, smoothness and most importantly HIGH and you only need to do a 1 week dry + 2 week jar cure to gain these benefits.
