The Main-Lining Thread

Maybe u can pretend not to be an ass.

I never once took away from his ability. I would like to make it my official stand that Nugs is an AMAZING grower and a revolutionary in the field of cannabis. I cannot pretend that he doesn't know what he is doing.

Haters gonna hate, its their job.

I agree and post this video every time I someone starts hatin'...... Not that im trying to instigate anything... Listen to the chorus... haters wanna hate.... lovers wanna love...

Good I assume. He is getting photos on this run for his book. We probably won't see it on shelves for at least a year probably more.

Question: I am sitting round thinking and I always figured big base stem\structure\root system equales bigger Buds. Big buds take a lot of food so you need a serious power plant pumping nutriton to the production nodes. with that said time not being a limiting factor, if you were to grow your 5 nodes top at 2 then let youre 2 new leaders grow 5 more then tye down rather than topping and tying then let it turn up and grow 5 more top it back to 1 node then tye those 4 down when old enough let em turn up grow 5 nodes top back to 1 so that at each stage you are letting those stems grow up more so that in the end you may have veged longer but you have a much larger base and root ball on the plant to fill out those branches big tasty and fabulous. idk maybe it would help maybe it would just be a waste of time any opinios if you can figure out what my stoned ass is trying to say

So I used the search button to try to answer my own question but it's kind of a grey area, and I know Nugs isn't answering questions anymore... damn it me being three days late :wall:

So maybe you guys in this thread could help me?

I know nugs said that strains that grow single colas are best suited for mainlining, but couldn't a single cola be achieved by any strain if thrown into 12/12 quick? So what strains are single dominant cola strains?? I've heard Chronic by serious seeds is known for a single cola, but it also is known for not working well with topping!

Is single cola dominance related more to indicas or sativas?

Here is my Blue Rhino Mainlined. I have a journal on grasscity and whatnot, but I can't exactly be assed to make a journal for both forums.
This is about a week and a half ago.. I'm almost 5 weeks since 12/12 but either I had a light leak or blue rhino just takes awhile to flower from the switch. So I count myself at around 3-4 weeks. Currently battling sulfur deficiency with epsom salts. Also new rust spots showing on some of the newest growth.

I hope someone will help me out! I hardly get any replies on grasscity.. it's sad.

My medium is coco coir hempy buckets. (coco coir and perlite 50:50 with 100% perlite res)

Indicas are definatly you cola dominant strains as they then to be shorter than their Sativa counterpart. However this does not mean this happens 100% of the time, it all depends on genetics really. The only true way of knowing is trial and error by yourself and finding strains that fit your needs. :) As far as your girls go it looks to me like a bit of nitrogen deficiency, easy fix just add some nutes with a higher N content than what you are currently using. For example if you are using strictly blooming nutrients now mix in a bit of the nutrients you used during veg(assuming you vegged anyway)along with the blooming nutes with your next watering. Also be sure to keep a close eye on the PH of your water as coco tends to hold salt build up left behind from nutrient formulas. Hope this helps

with this mainlining. My plants take up 3 times the nutes they did prior. It took me 4 batches to find the balance.

Well guess time to unsubscribe this one died as well. Think it's time to kind of stay off the forums and work on my own style and see if i can achieve what most would consider "master gardener" I have went head first into breeding for my own purposes and friends around me that have hard time finding good "genetics" . What i have to work with is a nasty stinking white widow male which seems to be everything i could hope for,but only time will tell here's my first attempt og kush x White widow . eh, don't take it so hard, MOJO. The bud looks like it was grown nicely, you just gotta work on your air filtration and/or humidity to staph off that rot.

And after all, this site is really built upon everyone's fuck ups as a way of spreading info to help other avoid them. So you're really just doing your job as a member of this site (it's a tough job but ya know)

yeah was wandering what the hell he was talking about. That's just a plant that was at the end of it's life.Actually in person she was quite pretty with her purples and such  but believe me no rot or even close as for air filtration i have plenty ,a 6 inch can fan in a 4x4 room think it's pulling plenty of air
