Is it weird that i had a dream that the like button was back?
Not the whole dream but basically i went on RIU at some point and saw the like button was back and liked every post i saw hahaha.
Its bad enough im having dreams about going on RIU but for my mind to trick me into thinking the like button was back, thats just cruel. hahaha

I liked it because if someone is just replying to something you said or asked you can just like it and not clog up the thread with people saying thanks for the help or something like that. Especially when you follow so many threads, commenting every time someone updates can get annoying but likes make it simple.

), I will say it. I do not think that I have personally ever not posted because like was an option.And sometimes I am boring and lazy. Why you gotta hate?
Even if I am, I am still able to be lazy with rep and it does add to the flow IMO. When I send a like, or a rep, it is encouraging to the poster. People know this before they post and evidence seems to suggest that it is a large reason why they post.

i've gotten more rep lately, i'm sure everyone has, than ever before. and more pm's too. it's just a different vehicle for someone to tell me "hey i like what you said". the likes are just quicker. i wish likes and rep could be incorporated together. that way i could breeze through a thread repping and pillaging with reckless abandon.
