"Marriage equality" is not about protecting any persons "rights". It's about equality of oppression being used to transform an actual right into a revokable privilege.

No people, gay, straight or whatever, should have to ask government for permission to marry or end a marriage.

Why gay people think they gain something by being equal to straight people in having to get licensed by a government agency to be married is a kind of mind fuckery that most pepole fall prey too when they don't assess what it is they are actually advocating for.

It's a symptom of beng fooled into thinking a government privilege is the same thing as a right. It isn't the same thing. Licensure is a form of captivity and micro enslavement.
True. Its just another tax and a way to track.
But if one couple can marry then so should another.

People shouold take a good close look at the countrys that have disarmed their people. Study history. The 2nd amendment wasn't put there so that you could hunt or protect yourself. At the time those things were assumed.

As hard as it is for people to understand it was to protect the people from the government.
Is your government talking about disarming you? I must have missed that. Our federal government is about to ban handguns and as a whole there is very little push back. Is it a States thing re you need a gun on you at all times for protection?

They ARE slowly taking steps to disarm us. Lots of pushback here tho in the US. Nobody is going to give up thier guns I can tell you that. And yes, we need them for protection. I've leveled a gun on threats more than once. I carry to one local town every time, and always have one in the truck and one in the car. 2 Glock on magnets under my kitchen cabinets, one shotgun at the door, on at the back door, 4 in the bedroom, 2 in the grow op, 2 handguns in the "safe room", one shotgun on my Polaris Ranger, so.. pretty much one is within reach at all times. I can see 3 from where Im standing now.

Come on, Assault is legal these days, hence Assault style Rifles sales without a license to Assault.
Things are looking good for the prison industry, imagine, A million unwanted children roaming the streets in 15 years.

When I lost my home in the dixie fire, I also lost all of my guns. When packing up I never even considered taking them. Locked up in a safe they weren't much good for protection any how. I will likely not replace them either.

I guess it comes down to how you want to live. If you want to live in constant fear, or accept your fate. I have personal feelings about manifesting your own future, but i wont get into that.

Wow I guess things have changed. And yes I guess I’m missing the slowly disarming, must be slowest steps ever? I spent every month a few years ago driving from north to south and back carrying loads of cash and pot and in 10 years never worried about not carrying a gun. Guess I was lucky huh. Well actually LEO was the only time guns were drawn so not that lucky lol. But hey glad your keeping safe MAGA!!!

Oh and just one more thought I’m curious about. Is the fear manifested because everyone is allowed to carry so you need a gun to protect you from everyone?
Never can tell.. everyone conceal carries, so why leave yourself unprotected? I've had door to door "salesmen" come to my door, which is WAY off the beaten path. You never know what thier intent is. People are just evil. I even have a "no trespassing" sign at my entry, so legally, I can drop them dead anywhere on my property (12 acres) and they'll just come pick up the body, see that Im within the law, and go about my business. You only have to say that you "felt threatened".. that's it.

Which state allows you to do that?

To each their own. I am picturing these wacky gun people we encountered camping though, it was a husband and wife. They were in full camo+face paint and had built a rifle teepee for lack of a better word, like 10-15 rifles standing up with the barrels all coming together.

Folks...they were about 20 feet from the waterslide at the pool. Settle down burt gummer.

Wow you make it sound so inviting....you can shoot a 12 year old kid just for riding his bicycle across your lawn, how civilized. In Georgia you can shoot a guy just for jogging thru your neighborhood, as long as he's black. I guess things aren't as bad as I thought. Carry on

I'd have to disagree.... to a point. I know many hated Trump because of his attitude. However, I think alot of people have changed thier minds. .. not saying they want Trump back, but they want what we had under Trump back. 4% unemployment, no back to back mass shootings, a strong Dow, cheap fuel, cheap materials, no supply shortages, etc... it really was the best position our County had been in for a long, long while.
I started building a house while trump was president. Building materials were scarce and prices shot through the roof while he was president.
Cheap materials?
No supply shortages?
Etc?

wtf?

You said you could shoot anybody on your property and they would just come pick up the body....sorry I just imagined the bicycle, i was trying to give them at least a bit of a chance.
