I saw donation rates of $25 per half-gram, and $45 per gram.

Very reasonable IMO compared to the clubs donation rates.

Has anyone tried errl from AARCH Club in Tempe? They have insane oil, but it has like the consistency of lip gloss and it's slightly tinted green, which I had always heard was a bad thing. They say it is CO2 compressed/processed, and it is some of the tastiest, potent, and clear headed oil I've ever had the pleasure of dabbing, but it is unlike anything I've ever seen before.

It's expensive though. About $60 donation/class (they do a thing where you pay for class, then get meds for free), and you get like .6 - .8, but def not a full gram. But it is UNREAL lol. And I've sampled my fair share of oils, and can definitely tell good oil from bad.

Thats not bad at all. I see a lot of clubs at 70-100. I got rid of mine for 40 a gram in trade to a shop. worked out great for me.

Nah man you're just easily impressed.

Also, if you're being charged money for meds in this town you are stupid. All meds are free that ive ever seen.

It amazes me how folks presume the law is in their favor but openly violating it - knowingly or unknowingly.

Come on now. Folks need to wise up. :cuss:

It is none of my business what folks do on their spare time but seriously...

Yeah like selling to their friends who are not patients....

On another note; for those who have first hand experience having a table at the Firehouse or Wegrow. Is there enough turnout to be worth it? I'm really looking to establish myself in my side of town and this seems to be the only/safest way to do so.

Does anyone have any other suggestions on reaching out to the community besides these markets?

I would say the Firehouse is NOT worth it. The others are. But again. WORTH IT is subjective. I know some guys make about 100-300 after its all said and done. I know some that make 1000. Really depends what you have.

Every one likes to get on their high horse and act like they are holier than thou.

I bet less than 1% of the MMJ cardholding population crosses their T's and dots their I's when it comes to rules regarding this shit. Or smoking their friends out. Or straight up selling to their friends.

We all know there is a "wink and a nod" attitude that makes this industry viable. The whole "donation" thing is a perfect example. It's so ludicrous that a simple phrasing of words can make something that's gray area legal, completely illegal because they use the term "sell" or "sale."

Having a chance to interact and meet so many patients and help so many people makes it worth it. Focus on the medicine and the needs of the patients not how much money you could make and everything sorts itself out. The firehouse is more fun and less business in my opinion. The only downside I see is that you must bring your own table and stuff to the firehouse.

Its not sustainable for much longer IMO so I guess I don't see a real purpose except for folks who need to make money or people who need meds. Meeting new people is all good and everything but not worth a 60 min drive and paying for the privalige. Not to mention if you have won a Dispensary certificate and are caught doing tables at those, you could get in trouble.

I see where you're coming from though.

Those markets are here to stay until convenient dispensaries open and stock quailty, price may not be a factor to some but it will hold weight. As a patient, I find these markets are really helpful and if you get their early enough, most of the time you can snag some quality and share knowledge, experience; learn a thing or two.
Supposedly the first dispensary in the state to open will be in/around Tucson. Apparently, the winner was shopping around the recent market for growers, build advice and was I was told he was interested in strains as well ...(maybe even flowers to hold onto for down the road, who knows.)
The hopefuls are not as organized, ethical or as advanced as they are portrayed to be in regards to the medicine and cultivation aspect. Cant blame them will the uncertainty cloud in Az. But it is obvious their outlets are limited, so I guess shopping in a grower populated market is not a bad tactic but from what I saw only one or two tables would have product worthy of being sold at a dispensary.
There is a big supplier planning on opening up north in Dec, they are going to severely surpass 50k in lighting. If this goes down they will be the supply line for majority of the state, possibly even the Tucson hopefuls. They purchased a multi-million dollar building solely for growing and they have cultivators ready to go. If this program does take off in AZ this group is at the forefront of supply. They are gonna tax other non-profits out the ass because they are banking on the fact that nobody is willing nor knows how to grow.

I believe I had him come to my table and blew me off simply looking for "31% THC" that someone apparently had floating around. :wall: As far as the big supplier goes, that doesn't sound legal at all. Especially if the dispensary are supposed to be supplying themselves.

Lol 31% must be from AZ med testing.. That really shows the extent of this individuals cannabis knowledge.

Dispensaries can obtain from other dispensaries as well.
