Yes, that is correct... MOST of them have... especially the countries in line to benefit, economically, from the transfer of wealth. India, Russian and China have rejected the entire bag of shit as they recognize it for the self imposed destruction that it is. Why not sign a treaty based on crap eco-loon science, thus hamstringing yourself and your country's well being in the process?

So what if they have to keep changing the name and so what if the earth has been cooling for 10 years. So what if they have to keep changing the models because the reality isn't matching the gloom & doom predictions they've been espousing for the last 8 years. So what if the polar bears are flourishing in numbers not seen in years.

Obama is just a puppet. He doesn't control a damn thing. All he is, is a PR representative for the federal gov. and or federal reserve and whatever other corporations have him under their thumb. Either way, I do believe civil war is inevitable with the direction we as a country are going.

The US Congress is aiding abetting he banks in the theft of America, and intentionally causing the destruction of the US Dollar.

Could happen in a year, or in 10 years, but it is happening. It's pretty obvious; the US government has no intention of ever paying off the national debt. Once the saudis and China (the 2 largest US dollar bag-holders) realize this, the dollar is finished.
