I think you could probably use the bio without any major issues, but if your going to to use the bio line then maybe you should just use the bio medium as well... it has a high percentage of coco in it anyhow.Easy JesusBerry hows u doin! Ive got simple question bout canna nuts Can i use canna bio in coco? If not, can you recommend any good organic nuts for it? Is there any point to play organics? Cheers!
thats not nute burn, its light burn by the time i realised and moved the light i had already burnt the crap out of it.sweet deal, thanks for the kind words.... looks like you got nute burn so I hoped you flushed really well...
the new plants do look like they yielded more so that is always awesome.

yo jberry have you used sensi calmag from advanced nutes.thet say it has full line of micro nutes as well and they do it for grow and bloom just wondering if you had any views on this im thinking of buying some as i used advanced nutes in dwc with great reultsI think you could probably use the bio without any major issues, but if your going to to use the bio line then maybe you should just use the bio medium as well... it has a high percentage of coco in it anyhow.
I have switched my cal/mag supplement from MagiCal to General Hydroponics new organic Cal/Mg+Molasses to try to avoid the EDTA's that are said to effect taste and have ill effects on the microbes in the medium.
If you go organic then your grow will probably take a little longer and the yield will probably drop a bit, but your oil/resin production will go up and the terpenes that effect the taste and smell will also increase (especially the citrus smell/flavor)... this is still all being heavily debated even from expert to expert but I think science will prove it all to be true in the not so distant future.
Thank you for that reply man. I could use BioTerra Plus but I would need to treat it as soil not hydro... Ive never done coco but Ive got a good experience in soil. Ive done lots of research about coco and it solves all soil problems like flushing a system, more oxygen, better environment for roots and generally everything is under control. With each grow I want to be better and dont want to step backwards so i am confused now:/ what would u do if u wanted to use biocanna nuts?I think you could probably use the bio without any major issues, but if your going to to use the bio line then maybe you should just use the bio medium as well... it has a high percentage of coco in it anyhow.

I am fairly new to coco too, after a few years of soil under my belt -- but, having read pretty much all of this thread (and a few other lengthy coco related ones) I think you will find that coco isnt so much of a schedule.. maybe dosage recommendations based on a few variables.. but are you asking about a similar water/feed sched like you would have in soil or hydro? water, feed, off, water, feed, off? like that? if so - that isn't applicable to coco. not sure if that's what you meantHi There,
New to this forum but long time lurker of this board.
Great thread! Thank you!
I will be coming back to Canna Coco A+B with PK 13/14 from using the Lucas method for the last several grows.
My question for this thread is which Canna schdedule is everyone using? They list several in the guide. Tried searching this thread but nothing relavent popped up for "schedule." The schedules also seem to differ from what is on the bottle so confused over what amounts of the nutes to use.
You probably need a nitrogen supplement. I give my plants Canadian express essential nitro but any nitrogen boost should work in veg and just before i flip to 12/12. Also nutrients, water, nutrients, water is for soil not coco or hydro.hi guys, first off great thread basicly im using nft 5ft trays and canna nutes my temps and humidty are all spot on air flow is great and also using co2.the problem is i can never get good healthy plants all the way through :*( they leaves always yellow up or burn or just dry up and go brown and drop off i see all the plants on here and there always so green and healthy looking. im sure its somthing to do with the way im feeding them ive tried 15 min on 45 off , 3 times a day , 24/7 , 12/12 and still the same.
basicly i wondered if you could work me out a scehdule on whats nutes to give them and how much ? i have the full canna aqua range apart from canna start.also nitrogen/trace elements/superrthrive. also when to have the pumps ruuning.
also first sign of the yellowing and dead leaves i flush with water for 2 days / pumps on 24/7 and still this does not help.
THIS ISNT JUST A ONE OFF , IT ALWAYS HAPPENS TO ME :*(
