They will learn, it is going to turn around and bite them in the ass...There is a guy that has a lawsuit against a PD in colorado right now, they raided his medical OP and said the street value of his plants was $30,000 each or something....he had around 10 plants, well now he is sueing them for around $300,000 in damages lol

Question for ya guys... the law states
"(i) Name, address, and date of birth of the qualifying patient. The address for the qualifying patient shall be a physical address located in this state. A qualifying patient who is homeless shall not be required to provide a physical address."
A P.O. Box is a physical address no? Or must a patient provide their address of residence? Thanks in advance if anyone has more info on this.

Alright, but a caregiver can use a P.O box correct? I will not have any other permanent address to use so I hope so.

I have an address on my license yes, but it is a relatives who I reside with part time and am trying to not inform him of my involvement in the program. If I absolutely have to, I guess I will have to take the chance, the envelopes do say confidential so I hope he would respect that and not open them.

could I put a forwarding request in for the post office to forward mail from that address to my p.o. box? That might work with good timing. Damn this sucks when you don't have a permanent address and don't want relatives to find out.

I personally have 5 patients, for all of which I used a po box as a caregiver. I can't even tell you how many more "we" have as "coalition"... a few dozen I believe.
