There used to be old adverts for ovaltine (UK) it's not too bad a drink.

Horlicks is nicer.

When I was a young teenager in School the tough girls of the school would catch you and squeeze your stomach till you would faint, I just remember looking up that they all had big bosoms. What can I say it was a tough school.

Come on there had to be a reason to let someone do that to you.

My bursitis (both shoulders), my prostate, my leg muscles, my neck, my penis ( I rubbed one off last night), my pinky finger ( I smashed it yesterday), my right elbow (ulnar nerve), my anus (hemorrhoids), and my back! lol

I just smoked some Goji and feel much better. Thanks

Ha ha. I can relate to most of those.....after reading about your aches and pains I feel better.

Good morning people. And thank you very much. I'm on a trial attempted better diet over the past few months. You're making me regret it as I stir my plain oatmeal with 2 soft poached egg yolks and rehydrated dried cherries and cranberries. I do suggest bitter berries to all. Big improvement in energy and decrease in pains. Guess I'll be making good tasting for the family only.

I honestly miss Kmart and their subs on family outings. Hell miss those kinds of family outings. Everyone is scattered, at odds or deceased. Yep. Getting old.

The old ladies hurrying to the blue light specials when we ate there as well. Kill someone for quarter savings. LMAO. Good times.
