Personally I stopped transplanting after my first run. People warn you about watering small plants in big pots but I find it a lot easier to just fully soak a smart pot filled with Bio Bizz All Mix 24 hours before I plant, then I don't have to water properly for like 2 weeks. During that time, if the top layer looks dry, I just draw a circle about 1.5 inches clear of the stem with a spray bottle. When the plant has its second set of leaves, and the pot feels light, it's time to start watering properly. Haven't ever killed a seedling this way.
Obviously that's not helpful for your current situation as you're already underway though. You've already taken good advice and got a better light and bought the plants inside. Only thing to add is you need to really nail your watering strategy! You should water until you get runoff from the bottom of the pots (which MUST have holes for drainage). The idea is to fully saturate the soil every time you water, then don't water again until almost all of that water has been used up. I personally use a saucer under each pot and keep watering until the saucer fills, but crucially until the water stops reabsorbing into the soil. How you figure those things out is up to you, and will be based on your specific setup, but you'll succeed as long as you're fully saturating the soil every time, and waiting until its nearly dry before watering again.
