I really doubt they are showing sex(your pics show nothing indicating sex imo, its possible you are seeing something im not, but i very strongly doubt it). i think you are looking at stipules and/or new growth shoots.

u are very far from showing preflowers, u normally see that around 6 weeks. and your plants need more light they are stretching pretty bad and u need a fan because they are skinny ( goes hand n hand with the stretching)

yup... from what I can tell, looks like new growth and yes... lower your lights more and get a fan on them. Light closer to them wont make them stretch as much and fan with thicken up the stock from movement.

Im running six 23watt cfl and 7 14 watt cfls i recently put them under that lig ht im running right around 16000 lumens in a predominately blue spectrum and added a fan will that be okay? And on a few i see little white hairs coming from the area between leaf and stem and green leafs or bulbs or somethingi will try to post better pics thanks.

they will stay in veg as long as you keep the cycle on 18/6(or any cycle where they get at least 14 hrs of light for that matter) unless they are autoflowers, in which case i dont understand why you plan on giving them 12/12 when flowering begins.

Is 16000 lumens sufficient for veg and should i lower the lumens before or during flower at all?

imo no, for 13 plants thats not enough except for the very beginning of veg. flowering is when you are supposed to up the lighting(edit for clarity-as in add more lighting to the grow), not lessen it.

more light in flower. pour it on!
and i repeat.......separate them......trust me on this one. or i'll say "i told you so," when you have trouble. its my nature:)

Whatever strain theese are they are quite resiliant, i had a bucketp flip over yesterday and bury two plants that i found had broke in three places i stood them up replanted them and watered them and they are already standing straight again. I moved them closer to the lights and they already look beter, thanks guys if u were around for harvest id share.
