I did have one then I closed it because my city hates Medical cannabis. I guess they are more interested in basketball and harassing legitimate business owners. I was afraid of our city council. They banned outdoor cultivation last year also. Hate this place, moving in 4 weeks.

yeah well the thing is when the cops did come to my house at 9am on New Year's Day I came right the fuck out and went to see what they wanted. Luckily I didn't match their ID from some incident the night before, since they figured I couldn't grow a beard overnight. Good thing I diffused that situation right then and there. Otherwise surely they would have come back with a warrant if I had hid like a little bitch.

that was your own situation though, and you were lucky it played out that way.
it couldve gone just slightly different, and who knows what wouldve happened then.

I'm within my legal limits for my county.

Up to three pounds possession, and up to 99 plants in 100 sq ft: http://www.safeaccessnow.net/pdf/santacruz041005.pdf

It's also helpful when you've have both the cell phone and home phone number of the person who signed the bill into law programed phone too I guess. So alas you are right, my situation is different.

As long as everything is working for you then good!
It would be nice to have Gray Davis's/Pete Wilson phone number on dial.

That is not the rest of the world though, if it makes you feel better to brag about it i guess thats fine.

LOL, I wasn't talking about the governor, since that wasn't the doc I linked. :wink:

My point is, if you wanna be growing "legal medical marijuana", then you better be growing it legally and have all your ducks in a row from the start. I'm lucky, because I live in a liberal county, and can grow up to 99 plants, so I don't really worry. But if I lived 30 miles south, you better believe I would be doing things much different than I am now.
