Me too. I finally got some clones and a few fem seeds (my seeds finally arrived the same day i got my clones lol). My goal is one plant in/out of flower every 10 or 11 days.

400w MH + 2 bulb T5 HO for Veg/seedlings and a 600w HPS for flower. The flower room will be real empty pretty soon. 3 of them have been flowering for 63 - 66 days. I hope to finally learn how to clone successfully, or just buy more clones and fem seeds when my veg box gets low.

I made this cloner and now have a 100% success rate with 12 clones so far. Super simple and cheap. I swear by this thing. My last 4 cuttings that are still "vegging" in the cloner I didn't even use a rooting gel / powder. I just cut at a diagonal and then made 2 little slices in the stem and dropped them in.

Hey all, here's a quick snap of my perpetual grow cab. It's got 2- vented 150 hps and some cfls. I'm currently growing grapefuit/hashplant but I've got a Pineapple Chunk from Barneys tha has now made it to the flowering chamber. I've got a total of 6 flowerin plants, each 10 days apart. I've been pulling about 1.5-2 oz per plant.

This is what I am working towards now, with my 10 Chronic Haze clones.

I am going to have some height issues, in veg as well as flower in 50 days when I still got 5 of the same clones in the veg room and my flower room is full of plants. I am thinking the first couple clones will go into flower with no topping, and then later I will top them in veg to help control height and try to take my first clones for the perpetual.

I had also read someones posts on here that said he tops his plants, waits for 1- 2 weeks, and then FIM's them right before they go into flower. Supposedly it helps to reduce stretch because all that stretch energy is directed towards making bud sites at your fim cut. The plant I just harvested was FIM'd very soon before going into flower and I liked the results. It was real small when set to flower, but I got very little undergrowth and popcorn buds from that plant. Unfortunately all 5 of my first girls were different phenos from random bagseed, so I dont really have anything to compare it to yet.

Forgot this thread was here, good stuff..been a while, done some upgrading: I added a 400 watt HPS for flowering, am using the 150 HPS w/ 4 x 27 watt CFL for vegging. Cloning in soil w/ a single 27 watt CFL. Using a mixture of soil: FoxFarm Ocean Forest, Roots Organic, worm castings and perlite. For nutes in veg i use Alaskan Fish emulsions, in flower Im using Botanicare Pure Pro Blend and molasses.

I dont keep mother plants anymore. I just take a few cutting from each plant 1 week before they go into flower. Im at 2 week harvest interval.

i want do perpetual but im not sure if i can. I dont really have room for a mother but i can buy clones from my local dispensarie. i have a small box where i can veg like two and then a flower room i would be comfortable doing 5 in. How would i go about this? I AM planning on after harvest throwing the one i have into flower, she is ready. Then getting two more and starting their veg, and then throwing one in in like 2or 3 weeks and the other in like 4-5 weeks veg. will this work out. or is there more to this?

Sounds like a good place to start. If you can flower 5 of them, then one every 2 weeks sounds about right.

I just got 10 clones and am going to start putting 1 into flower every 10 days. Tomorrow will be Day 0.

I had considered trying to cut clones, root, and veg them, but I am now thinking it will be easier for me to just use fem seeds. There arent any close/reliable place for clones here. I think it will be easier for me to stay under my 12 plant limit by using fem'd seeds and not have to deal with trying to root clones. Every 10 days or so I germ a seed, harvest a plant, and move a new one into flower. That should allow most of my plants 40 or 50 days from seed before going into flower, which sounds pretty good. I can fit 6 or 7 plants in flower comfortably so every 10 days should be doable for me, maybe every 12 days if I want to be sure to never have more than 6 flowering.

As a result of my change in philosophy I am going to be ordering more seeds soon, but need to make room in my veg box before these clones get outta control. I talked to a buddy of mine and am going to trade him a few of my clones for some fem Ice seeds and some non-fem California Orange.

I'm going to try to (eventually) get a pre-pet going.. but will someone give me a brief run down on how long it takes to get to the point where ur harvesting every 2 weeks?
say I start out w/ 8 plants......then I take my clones, then I send the 8 to flower, this is where I get (in my head) when I start to think it'd take a long time to get to the 'harvest every 2 weeks' thing. I guess If I just put one clone in the flower room at a time, but idk.

Yes, you move one into flower every X days so they are staggered. Check out my grow journal in my sig. My perpetual day 0 begins tomorrow, sort of. I have 2 in flower that are 70+ days into 12/12 (and both will be harvested in the next week or so), one non-fem afgahn that I am still waiting to show sex, and a party cup that is going 12/12 from seed to help fill in the hole in my flower room.
