the seeds i got from them sucked out of 30 got five to grow and they refer me to the knowledge base on germinating ...been doin this for many yrs think i know how to do it by now...cUSTOMER service is a joke... i read a few good post on them but who's to say their not posting on them selves...i would not buy from them again....BOYCOTT .. your post is ridiculous on multiple levels.
as for the OP, its just bad luck man. as previously stated it has to happen to 'someone', due to the sheer numbers of seeds they ship out. I have only ordered seeds once, and it was from nirvana. i waited 3 weeks and no go, nothing in the mail, not even a customs letter. I contacted Alice (their customer support) and she asked me to wait one more week just in case it was backlogged. I did so, and after still nothing, she resent my package as a sign of good faith. It got here 6 days later, all very viable and healthy seeds.
Its hard to believe hype about any seed bank/breeder one way or another, as you can troll and find opinions both + and - about any of them. Its posts like jamaica47's that i would disregard. In my opinion, just contact alice and let them know whats going on. They may or may not help you out on this one, but in my opinion i would not consider your order the 'norm' for their quality.
