The queen is dead.

God Save the Queen and My Country ''tis of Thee are the same song..why?
Before “The Star Spangled Banner” was the national anthem, “My Country Tis of Thee” was. The melody of “God Save the Queen” (“King” at the time) was simply stolen for the new Country’s anthem.

I was trying to figure out why I knew this and remembered I learned this watching President Obama’s second inauguration when Kelly Clarkson and the Marine Band absolutely killed it. I didn’t pay much attention to pop music or American idol so I was blown away by how talented she is.

Charles keeps touching that stupid tie clip to remind him he's king..it's creepy to watch as he gets out of a car..he fingers it.

Not to hijack the thread but the old bird is finally planted and hopefully we can move on. I hope Anderson Cooper and the rest of the gang at CNN can get through this horrible time and go back to covering actual news.

The Americans are absolutely obsessed with royalty, you'd think the picture on their currency and national anthem would change! No wonder Trump almost became king Donald the first! One half of them is dazzled by diamonds and pageantry, while the other half dances to dixie played on a dog whistle. You'd think America wasn't coming apart at the fucking seams, perhaps people needed a break from American politics and the war in Ukraine for something less depressing like a funeral...

We are the Champions my Friend and we'll keep on fighting till the end...

Opps wrong Queen. Sorry.

EDIT: OMG

I had to add this one fur-sure.

Seriously? Hahahaha!

Rothschild is touching the Charles Rex tie pin; maybe the 'R' is for Rothschild.
The street running through one of the poshest Cape town Neighbourhoods (probably a mile from where the hospital was, is Rothchild street.
They don't sleep, they don't hide.
