4x4 Overgrow..lol
So Ive ended up with 16 plants total this run between both flower tents. This tent is 8 days in and there are 7 plants in here. I'm really not looking forward to the mess that's about to occur. But I'll pull some nice bud outta here regardless of the overcrowding. Just going to have to be more proactive on leaf removal.
A Gorilla Glue...supposed to be a auto but she never flowered. Kind of a runt plant I grew fond of. This plant is 102 days old today. I've babied it a long time. I hope she gives me a nice return.
The 3rd GreenCrack MangoHp is not showing the calcium issues like her sisters in week 4... yet. So I'm dosing this one a little different.
My regular seed all come up females so the shuffle begins. Like I mentioned before. I've removed all screens and these will grow without one. They are all well trained and should kick out some nice colas.
Trainwreck I got up potted the other day. I have two of these.
The ForgetMeNots...appears to be a beautiful plants so far. Both of them. This is a mystery grow. Jaws genetics...these seeds were mixed up and mislabled so he just made them freebies. Coming from that breeder I am expecting a really nice plant. I have two going. I'm anxious to see what they produce.

No, they are all early trained so the colas are popping all over. I'm just going to be doing more leaf management with these. If they get leggy I'll crush n bend some. I don't really want to throw a net over all this. So I'll just manage it like a normal grow. A crowded normal grow.

Wow! 16 plants in 2 tents! When you do get into that proactive leaf removal, make sure you let us know, that way we can throw a rope in there and get you back out. I definitely want to hear the digits on those two tents come harvest time. Awesome grow.

@420 Garden I got in there last night and took a lot of leaf. After looking at it I think I'll be okay. I can still see floor space at almost two weeks 12/12. Another week of stretch and it'll be set..I hope.
To ensure I don't get huge plants I've got 3 plants in 2gal of medium each...1 in a 5gal

I guess you did! They look pretty cleaned up. If only a week or two left to stretch you'll be good then. Nice and healthy is how you wanna take em into flower. Good work man.

Thank you, I'm outta practice with the overgrow method but hey millions of newbies do it successfully every day..lol. Only difference is I know how to tame them and what to expect.
Next run I'll be a bit more controlled. I'll snag monster clones of these reg seed and run them again..bigger n better. I'm just gonna give them a taste of these in small containers and hope they enjoy the ride.

A gram of calcium nitrate salt in 1 gallon of water delivers 31 ppm of nitrate nitrogen and 45 ppm of calcium, guaranteed!
So I've dosed this GCMHp up a little. She got 1/4tsp bloom and Epsom with 1/2tsp of calnit. This calcium deficiency is slowly spreading. I'm hoping I can stop it and just clean up the damage.
I've had issues with this strain from the getgo. I'll not be running this again. It just doesn't seem to wanna play nice like the others..lol

What plant is this? Did you stop adding the part b at some point? Wonder if it's an uptake issue?

GreenCrack MangoHp it's been a problem child all along the way. I had changed nothing and the calcium spots started to slowly roll in. I've changed a few things now so I just wait n see what happens.
If it doesn't fix I'm not going to loose sleep over it. I'll feed the bud to the end and take what I get. I have no desire to run this plant again.

That's rough, not all are gonna make the final cut as keepers or reruns. Some are just finicky or more sensitive to environment and nutrition. Sounds like a solid plan, I'm curious to see the results.

I'm curious as well. I have another clone of this in the small tent. It's fine right now but ive got a hunch it's going to pop these spots at week 2 or 3. I've upped the calnit a little so I'ma see what happens.
Out of 8 strains and 16 plants 3 of the same clone don't wanna play nice. Oh well....I'll get some bud off them for sure. They do have a very nice aroma though.

If this one is currently week 2 or 3 I would imagine the others would follow suite unless you change up the approach. Could you share a little more on what the fix was? Do you water to runoff by chance?
It's OK I guess if this was your first grow lol. I bet what's there does smell good but you leaving alot on the table, you know it. Don't give up on them yet, you still have time.

I am trying to fix it but I'm not super pressed about it or overly excited..lol. Now n then I get a plant that doesn't want to confirm to the program.
I do water to run off. I've played with some dosing with it so I can only wait n see if it responds or goes further into the abyss. I've seen this before and a calcium issue can get pretty outta hand but I've never had it kill a plant dead or loose a harvest over it. It doesn't look pretty but it is what it is..lol.
The good plant Ive bumped up the calcium a little to see if it does in flower. It looks pretty good right now at about 1.5wks in but that can change overnight. I'll just keep trudging a long with them.
