I think I understand what your asking. The beauty I'm finding in these floater screens is mobility. No plant is locked in under a scrog frame. They all have their own individual floater screen. Making life a lot easier if things need moved around or you run into bugs or deficiencies.

A rough idea of what one end of my 4x8 looks like. Each plant has its own individual screen. I can add or remove plants as needed.

I frequently grow multiple strains and the 4x8 has some staggered flowering stages going on. I'm adding a new plant to the mix as soon as that big C99 gets out of the way.

I understand the light adjustment thing you mentioned. Using screens can help with that. Manage height to where you want it verses where the plant wants to grow. To me there's nothing more productive than a canopy in full light...the whole grow.

My goal is to coax out all the plant has to offer. I think I'm on a easy, mobile, and productive path. Come join me bro. Let's grow some mini trees.

4x8 update.....

Been another week of fun. Things are budding all over and the funk level with an open tent is marvelous. I currently have 8 plants stuffed ..yeah I said stuffed in there. I'll be glad when that big Cindy gets outta the way.

She's on her last leg. I've got her close to the door for easy access. I'm thinking she'll be done early next week.


The Durban Poison is nearing 2 weeks flower and right on time. It won't take her long to fill that floater screen. About another week of pulling her growth under and she'll be ready to go.

Cap Junky Chem91s are looking fine. The one plant is a few weeks behind but gaining speed fast.




Tangie....she's gonna be a big girl. Frosting up nice.


That's about it for this week. Anxious to get Cindy harvested to make more room. The flower tent will finish with 7 plants.

Can't say enough about these floater screens. It's nice to not have to tie down a plant every few days. Just pull it under and done.

I got a chance to clean out a little undergrowth on my last Tangie. She's the final nail in the rerun thread.

After a up potting and a N tox mishap I expect to see some better posture from her in the next few days. She's hungry and just got a good old dose of jacks bloom for her first night 12/12. She will brighten up soon. This is going to be another big plant.

She come down last night. Very pleased with how they turned out. I got no larf from them just trimmings. Searched them good for any rot and all good to go. They are on slow dry mode 65° @61rh

Cap Junky Chem91s are doing their thing and doing it well. I have what looks like three slightly different plants of this fem seed grow. All look pretty impressive so far.

Two are 6+ weeks in and the other is a few weeks behind.

Tangie#1...she's big and beautiful. At 6+ weeks she's right on time and filling in the blanks. She's my first experiment with the floater screen in flower and it's working better than expected. Some colors are coming out on this girl.



Tangie#2.....she's coming out of her funky and seems to be getting with the program. Just finishing up week one of 12/12. Just one or two more training under the screen and I'll turn her loose.

This will be my last run with the Tangie. Beautiful girl and good producer of bud but that smell.
Classic cat piss aroma I just can't wrap my head around. Buds are very potent but that smell is nauseous..lol

Wow! Really nice. That canopy is flat as all get out. The 3rd picture is quite impressive my friend. Really nice.

Strawberry Banana...I dunno, I almost threw the damn thing out the other night. Ever have a plant hit stall mode in mid flower? It seems the big secondaries did fine but the center packed up like mad and refused to grow upward. Super dense and stocky growth. I removed some and then went all midevil on it.

I took a few clones of this girl anyway. I may try something different with her next run. The buds on this plant have a very sweet aroma. Unlike any other I've grown so I'm curious to see how she ends. I don't expect much from her.

Durban Poison...at almost 3 weeks in flower I've stopped training this girl under. I want her to stack me up some nice 10+" stalks. I'm expecting a big plant. Looks like she's not going to disappoint.

Ya ever get a plant like that? I mean this bitch packed it on heavy and tight. Kinda like I like my women but not my herb. Bitch can barely breath with all that mess.

I was standing over her last night talking shit to her. Told her she's beautiful but inside I'm lying..lol. I guess ya run into that growing multiple strains. Had one last grow...a Barney's G13/Haze. Looked great in veg but when it flowered it had tiny buds and never really developed well....must a been a bad genie in there. I have two more seeds of it I'm afraid to run in fear of getting the same results.

There's always that one plant..lol
