The right LED for my PC grow box?

Hey guys I'm going to start working on a little project soon, I've come across a nice old Antec case about 17" tall I believe, here is a stock picture I found on google of an antec almost exactly like it. So I'm trying to figure out what my best LED light options are, I specifically want to go for the LED method because I wouldn't want to kill my babies in the heat of a metal case with CFLS or HPS lights. I plan on wrapping the inside of the case with mylar to use up as much of the light as possible. So what kind of LED lights do you guys recommend? I've been looking into these but am not really sure of they're capacity and I kinda want the best possible LEDs that aren't retarded expensive.

Let me know what my best LED options are, and the sooner I can get to working on my green thumb. I plan to work on scrap heady seeds I've gotten from Oz in the past.
And as soon as I can prove my box is legit I plan to work on my Cotton Candy and Critical Jack herer Auto fem seeds from delicious seeds.
