i have a 50watt hps its inside my box. u would have a hell of a fire hazard with a 1000 inside a plastic box.

my grow box is made of 2 15 gal. rubbermaid tubs i have 5 100watt cfls 3 adjustable and two fixed and im looking to make the tub into a vegging and one into flowering the seeds are from my bag weed so not expecting the best but something is better then nothing i am also useing miracle grow doesn't seem to behurting them. so hope'n for the best let me know how to improve it's not the best but im not try'n to grow a cornfield size crop this is a stealth operation grand total spent 35 dollars any tips advice i would like to read feed back so feel free to coment also updated pictures

the 1000 watts not gonna be in there by its self i was thinking of running it through a hurricane tube or with acordiane 6 inch vent with a vent fan installed in the vent tubbing going out in to my room , figure mine as well have the heat keep me warm at night. have it three high with cfls on both sides of the inside of the middle one. im sorta working on it right now its in pieces ....

i know it's not a tub but a pc grow all in it self is sweet and compact i've done research and looks cool and i have the spare parts im no good when it comes to wireing so my big down fall is ventilation i could use help with this cuz no one gives real good directions on how to do this and or i don't understand currently i have 1 15 watt cfl upgrading to a 26 cfl theats when things get hot...so if someone else have any ideas or previous exp in pc growing help another grower out.........no one should have to pay for something that is free....thanx in adv.

well i was gonna do kinda hydro/ soil was i was gonna fill the buttom one have way with dirt or so ,flip an ice cream bucket for the bottom to kinda act like a water reservoir and run a drain down to it it via tube of pop bottles i made and just use a thin stick inside the drain to use as measuring device(maybe attach a little floater to make the stick bob up when theres water ) the reason i wanna use alot of dirt is to allow roots to really take hold and reach down for the water at the bottom where the reservoir is.i wont plant any thing in the dirt till i have two females showing pistil veg then a lil then do the flowering in the box, i was thinking of maybe some type of netting to help keep them short....im a total noob still so dont blast to hard if something off , im trying some new things out.....i found someting a couple days ago ...it basicly fog-ponics anyone else know much about that cause i was gonna do a 5 gallon mister/ fogger for my next one.... i got a link to a vid i u wanna diy

12 volt computer fans wired to 12 volt ac to dc adapter. red to red black to black. its simple.

my rubber maid grow now 1.5 months into grown from seed in dirt no germination now i did let this plant got to dry i was affraid of over watering and then in return under waterd newb mistake now i know. this plant did go into shock but i did also transplant when i under watered now you can see she's back to life and striving my question is when do i start topping and or lst thanx i also fig out the wireing for the pc grow thanks for help on that i will put pics up of that later

well i have learned ventilation IS EVERYTHING 2 weeks later she's look'n beautiful pics a crap but they give a good idea i put this poor plant into shock when i transplanted it and of course in stop'd all growth now i have my fan fit'd to the box and is bring'n in fresh air all the time except when lights out but there are now bigger hole's in my box suprising to me the temp stay the same if you can see the leafs r real tight and this baby is already skunky i have noticed some white spots i tried to get pics of them there not big but they r noticeable so if anyone can give me an idea of what that may be
