My first grow here.. By no means an expert...but i think i can confidently claim that i have stumbled across a few methods that can be used to grow in a method that has been thought to be impossible....soil based dwc...taking it even crazier what if i told you that you didnt have to change the resevoir until flush?! All i have to prove my claim is pics n vids of my first grow using these methods i adopted from info found here n many other websites... Please take a look.. And i will do my best to answer any how questions. I am shocked as i am going into the 6 weekbof flower with healthy plants using a method of mad science.

So where can i start?.. I started from seed adub bagseed from sd region...sprouted in soil transplanted to water bottle wick system then transplanted into what i call the double netpot system... U take a large netpot and place a smaller one inside..ziptie together and poke inch hole in both pots... Fill the gap between the two pots with hydroton i used this white stuff said to be part coco n perlite...forgot what its called.....

Those bottle tops have blue shop towel as wicking material.. Id use nylon rope the next time round..the blue towel rots i had to remove it befor dropping the bottle tops into the double netpots

Phones low on memory again bear with me....ill get to the good part promise...tobgive u an idea of where im headed with this.. Im going to cover my success with using beneficial bacteria both aerobic n anaerobic..n how u can use it to turn smelly water into a nutrient rich brew that doesnt need to be drained weekly an instead used for the whole cycle till before flush....

Well let me continue..i used fox farms the bag with the fishy...mixed with hydroton an poppin the bottle tops.. I tear off the sides so the roots can go outward better...place them in the double net pots with the roots dropping down into water below . i used ro water from a glacier springs machine 5 gal for a dollar. Started with a capful per week of nutrifield grow A.. Mad farmer silica and mad one b vitamin... Ph started about 6- 7 hard to say cuz i didnt stsrt checkin with guage till later...

Now to hook up the geyser drip sytem... U can use an air pump to deliver water in small droplets ...i feel this us better than a water pump...1..aeration..2....less heat to res water....3..no magnet pump to leach iron... 4 roots wont tangle in impellar.......easiest way to make geyser pump..get a y fitting from petco for a dollar.... Use lighter and melt down one end to have a smaller diameter hole..this is crucial and ub
might have to play with it... I found t shaped fitting dont work as well.. Hook up air in to y fitting and a tube up and out of res from fittings other end... Weigh down With rock an rubber band....if done right u will get a steady drop per second or more..u can split that output into two...and run the tubes back into the soil ...cover soil with hudro ton

Run two circle airstones from petco under each pot inside the res... As long as u got lots of bubbles in your res n its light tight soil dropping into it wont create a bad smell ..soil does drop in but not much

After a week youll smell the water and it will smell like a healthy lawn almost...make sure u got as much light blocked out as u can but i actually didnt i think this faint light will power the beneficial algae...

Crucial this stuff can save an anaerobic res.. I know from experience after i used grapefruit tobbring my ph down..the pulp clogged my circulation pump in my other system (not the double netpot but the bubblecup system i havent talked about yet)...didnt have an airstone but was a tad bit of large bubble going into soil bucket tube..which delivered just enougj o2 to the roots while they sat in an inch layer of white poop grapefruit smelling foam...for 6 days!!!

I added this stuff some kelp slime from the beach ground up little dried jellyfish i found on the beach which seemed to be made of celephane a good sign of chitosan...seashells for calcium...i added that and an airstone to the funky foam and a good heaping scoop of this magic mf powder and earthworm tea to the res.. It started brewing up crazy foam and a narly smell at first... It started to grow faint so i left it... I came back three days later to find a sweet earth smelling tub with clear water and a pleasant hint of grapefruit...the bubbles kicked on. And it stsrted making rad foam. have the air pump on 30 min on 15 off

I read that these bacteria n fungi like carbon...so i gathered black charcoal from again the beach..remnants of a bonfire past..so i figured chock full of good vibes.....crushed into powder n added to res.. And humic acid helps .. So i added a dash of mad farmer nuteup.. N

The water was black at first.. But after a few hours it actually makes the water more clear and smell odorless almost.....i added rhizo and a piece of wood carbon into the drip cup so all water passing down would be enriched with rhizo n carbon
