its sickining but go smoke if ur sick? whats up with these people, and she says cannabanoids like shes talking about alien gonads. finally the dumbasses figure it out! cannabis will prevail
 
they often don't say how much of an effect it is - but, i read that it (THC) cut tumor growth in rats in half..! they could possibly be using THC as one of their chemo injections i think...

Somehow I doubt it cures lung cancer. Check out "the brief history of cannabis" it's very interesting.
