The Step Counting Walkers Thread

I thought since I enjoy walking maybe other people enjoy it as well. I make it a habit to try and count my steps every day and then record at the end of the night. I do this to further motivate myself into staying healthy and in shape. It really is a great motivation tool. So anyhow I thought I would start a walking group thread where people can log their steps, post pics and motivate each other.

Had a good day today, got 15000 steps in! I saw either a baby caiman or a baby alligator today while I was on my walk in a pond by my house. Kinda cool. Happy trails!!

I ran 4 miles yesterday (without stopping) at 28 years old which although not great is better than some 28 year olds. Not sure how many steps that is. Hey a guy's gotta look good naked. When you're a 28 year old virgin anyways.
Keep it up. I'm 39 and I make it a habit to run at least 4 to 6 miles a day if I run on my treadmill it's at a 8mph pace with 12 mph sprints. If not going back and forth I run with my weight vest at either 50 to 150 lbs depending on how I feel. Speed is lower when I use that around 5.5 to 6 mph though.
