well I'm a student but I do freelance work for two newspapers in my city, mostly music/show reviews and interviews with featured artists(mad free shit). Besides that I chill.

I am self employed, I own a financial marketing Company, and sit on my fanny playing on the computer all day, taking dumb questions on the phone from 3000 of our sub-producers.

Hey Roseman

I did that for a short while.
I decided that I like to take calls and solve problems instead of making outbound calls.

Most of my expierence is with customer service.

For a short period (3 months) I worked with this company telemarketing for larger companies.

I would call up say the NHL (national hockey league) and ask to speak with their IT dept.

I would then go off on my sales pitch.
The plan was to just generate leads for smaller companies to follow up on.
(service,product,software etc)

I felt like a maggot. That was the last time that I do that kind of work.

I couldn't imagine actually calling people and pitching things. I hate it when people call me with that shit, I would feel like a maggot too. My job now is cool because people are calling me for help so they pretty much listen to whatever I have to say (except the hard headed consumers that think they know it all).

I'm a technical advisor for a 12v corporation. I sit on my ass all day, tell people how to hook shit up in cars, and fuck around on websites like this. When I was an installer that was the shit because I could stay BLOWED all day, now I have succumbed to corporate America........
nice, there's one of those shops near me, in pottsville. yes, a real town here in pa. I had to say it. lol. there's also a pottstown about an hour south of there.

I work at a sorta bank type business. I set up all the new accounts. *type type type.. copy paste...* there's one file done, time to surf riu for an hour. my last job was dish washer at a diner. I liked the people there and enjoyed it. I quit to come here and make more money. all the extra money I make now goes into gas, so I'm breaking even either way.
